The All-Star Esports Training Camp at Pace University is the camp for esports athletes who aspire to play at the collegiate level. Our week-long summer training program allows ambitious high-schoolers to train with other top players, coaches, and varsity collegiate esports athletes in our state-of-the-art Esports Center in Manhattan. The curriculum will tackle mechanics, strategy, teamplay, mindset, self-improvement, and more so that participants are left with the tools and understanding of what it takes to compete at an elite college level. The program uniquely offers college esports program admissions advice so that participants can understand what to look for in their collegiate search, how to identify scholarships, and how to contact coaches. All-Star Esports Training Camp at Pace University will leave you feeling prepared and confident to join the next generation of top collegiate gamers.

Director of Esports Jesse Bodony

Formerly a professional MLS soccer player for the Colorado Rapids and Starcraft II Grandmaster, Bodony serves as the Director of Esports for Pace University.

Prior, he was the CEO of Uni Esports Group, a higher education consulting firm developing esports programs for colleges, universities, and athletic conferences across the United States, where he worked with more than 100 institutions on their esports initiatives. Bodony also works as the Director of Operations for Voice of Intercollegiate Esports (VOICE), a non-profit advocacy group in the industry. Bodony has over 10 years of scholastic coaching experience and has secured two ECAC national championships in his tenure at Pace.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION

Campers should be proficient in their game title. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. Each day participants engage with in-game and out of game activities, such as ranked play, team play, aim practice, vod review, team building, and more.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.

Will Participants Need to Bring Equipment?

All gaming equipment in the Pace University Esports Center is available to attendees. There is no need to bring any equipment unless you have a strong preference.
