Join LPGA Class A Member and US Kids Top 50 instructor, Kim Stevens, for an exciting junior golf camp experience at Shoreline Golf Links. A short distance from San Francisco and right in the heart of Silicon Valley, players of all abilities are welcome to enroll and improve their game!
FALL/WINTER/SPRING HOLIDAY CAMPS
This session offers campers of
all abilities the opportunity to improve and raise their game to the next
level. Similar to our summer camps, this program is designed to develop each
player's skills with an emphasis on swing fixes, short game and on-course shot
strategy & play. Important Note: Lunch is NOT included in
the price of camp. Campers can bring their own lunch or purchase lunch at the
golf course.
SUMMER FULL DAY CAMPS (DRIVING RANGE & COURSE PLAY)
Students in the full day camp enjoy three hours of instruction each morning. The morning session focuses on all facets of the game and prepares the junior player for the challenges of the course. After lunch, it's off to the first tee! During course play our staff teaches strategy, etiquette and course management. The Full Day Camp is designed to create complete golfers and raise their game to the next level. Important Note: Lunch is NOT included in the price of camp. Campers can bring their own lunch or purchase lunch at the golf course.
SUMMER HALF DAY CAMPS (DRIVING RANGE ONLY)
Camps run Monday to Friday and include fifteen hours of instruction. For three hours each day, campers sharpen their skills with our dedicated staff. Strong emphasis is placed on the fundamentals—stance, grip, posture, full swing & etiquette, etc. As the week unfolds, campers receive quality short-game instruction and by Friday, each junior golfer will see improvement in his or her golf game!
There is NO on course play for Half Day campers.
Only campers who sign up for Full Day will experience on course play.
Half Day Morning Session: 9:00am-12:00pm - DRIVING RANGE ONLY
Half Day Afternoon Session: 1:00pm-4:00pm - DRIVING RANGE ONLY
SUMMER ADVANCED CAMPS*
Designed for players who play tournament and/or high school golf. Players receive individualized instruction with a low student to teacher ratio. Camper must have their own club set to participate in this camp unless you are traveling. Emphasis on: short game instruction, tournament preparation, practice routine, goal setting, mental game, nutrition plan, course management techniques, current club set review and suggestions, and full swing video instruction (including TrackMan). Daily play to work on course management aimed at lowering scores.
* If you have questions about whether your child belongs in advanced vs. regular camp, please contact our camp operator Kim at [email protected] and/or camp director Bernadette at [email protected]. If your child does not meet the maturity level or skill level of the majority of the children participating, we can move them to another camp that would suit them best.

Camp Details
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 17. The staff is on hand to provide campers with top quality instruction each day. At Nike Junior Golf Camps we accommodate all skill levels; the junior player just discovering the game, the high school player trying to move up on the team, and the tournament level junior looking to improve his or her tournament results. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

- Program: The All Abilities program is designed to improve the fundamental skills needed for golf; putting, chipping/pitching, full-swing and course etiquette. Upon arrival, all participants will be evaluated by the instructors and placed into groups based on age and ability level.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning instruction and afternoon course play (for full day and advanced campers only)
- Lunch: Lunch is NOT included in the price of camp. Campers can bring their own lunch or purchase lunch at the golf course.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camper Amenity Package: Campers will receive an amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio.
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees.
- Rental Clubs: Rental clubs can be purchased for $30 per camp session. Please indicate your child's height and if they are right or left handed in the comments field when registering online or over the phone. Clubs of all lengths are available to accommodate all golfers. Clubs will be ready for the kids at the golf course and stored at the facility during the week.
- Facility: Shoreline Golf Links
- Medical Protocol: Camp will have on-site staff to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Shoreline Golf Links
With a gorgeous view overlooking the famed San Francisco Bay, Shoreline Golf Links offers the finest Silicon Valley golf scenery and play. This championship course, nestled among the picturesque 750-acre Shoreline at Mountain View Park, allows you to play alongside our famed bird sanctuary. The perfectly manicured course features 18 challenging holes dotted with 16 acres of water hazards plus a 50-acre sailing lake adjacent to the 10th hole.

His only complaint was that he couldn't swing his golf club whenever he wanted (e.g.- the campers had to wait for the coach to tell them when to swing,) but in talking with him more about it, I think he understood it was for safety reasons, etc. Coach Shelley seemed super organized and friendly as did the other counselors.
