Nike Junior Golf Camps
Players of all skill levels are invited to our newest junior golf camps in the Bay Area at Canyon Lakes Golf Course! Join experienced LPGA Class A Director, Kim Stevens, and her staff for a fun-filled week of golf!
FULL DAY CAMPS
Students in the full day camp enjoy three hours of instruction each morning, focusing on all facets of the game while preparing the players for the challenges of the course. After lunch, it’s off to the first tee! During course play our staff teaches strategy, etiquette and course management. Lunch is included in the price of camp, however campers are welcome to bring their own lunch.
HALF DAY CAMPS
This program offers campers of all abilities the opportunity to work on and improve every part of their game. Half Day campers receive three hours of instruction with emphasis on putting, chipping, bunker play and full swing. Lunch is not included for half day campers.

Camp Director Kim Stevens
Kim Stevens has been a Nike Golf Camp Director since 2002 and is an LPGA Class A Member. Her programs have become some of the most popular golf camps in the Bay Area.View Kim Stevens's Bio ⟩
Safety and fun are the reasons the camps grow each year. Kim personally trains her staff to ensure the instruction is consistent and purposeful. She has been teaching golf to adults and juniors of all levels for over 15 years and started playing golf herself at the age of four.
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 7 and 17. The staff is on hand to provide campers with top quality instruction each day. At Nike Junior Golf Camps we accommodate all skill levels, but if your child is brand new to golf, please send an email to Kim Stevens (email@example.com) to let her know. A detailed camper registration packet containing check in location, health/release forms, emergency contact info, and a list of things to bring will be emailed to all registered campers in the spring.
Rental clubs can be purchased for $25 per camp session through Camp Director, Kim Stevens. Please make a note in the comments field when registering online or tell a representative if enrolling over the phone. Clubs of all lengths are available to accommodate all golfers. Clubs will be ready for the kids at the golf course and stored at the facility during the week.
Sample Daily Schedule
- 8:50am Campers arrive and check-in
- 9:00am Warm-up, stretching, overview of daily schedule
- 9:15am Instruction - practice on skills and fundamentals; grip, stance, posture, pitching, putting, bunker play and full swing
- Noon Half Day campers depart, Full Day campers eat lunch
- 1:00pm Course play with staff. On-course instruction on club selection, course management, strategy, rules and etiquette
- 4:00pm Full Day campers depart
Canyon Lakes Golf Course
Canyon Lakes Golf Course & Brewery has the dual mission of developing a pristine public golf course that earns the loyalty of golfers and develops a sense of pride for the community. As of November 2015, the course is under new management and undergoing extensive changes on the course and off. From tee to green our maintenance crew is working to bring this course back into top condition for the excellent track it’s known for.
