Join us for a week of FUN, sport and activity at the Nike KIDS Camps at Rincon Valley Middle School in Santa Rosa, CA. This is a multi-sport specific camp that is geared toward building a foundation of techniques and skills that will help campers develop athletically. Campers will work on running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking, dodging, balancing and playing, through fun practices and games!

Coach Jay Meyer
Jay graduated from Sonoma State with a B.S. in kinesiology and single subject teaching credential in physical education.View Jay's Bio ⟩
He has spent the past eleven years teaching physical education, working sports camps and coaching at the elementary and secondary level.
Jay loves being physically active and enjoys spending as as much time outdoors as possible. He is excited to share his passion for physical activity with his campers!
Head Men's Soccer Coach - Maria Carrillo High School Trevor Brady
Like his fellow coaches, Trevor grew up in the community and is an educator. Trevor attended UC Davis where he earned his Masters in Education.View Trevor's Bio ⟩
Trevor has worked in public education the past 13 years, spending the last 11 years at Maria Carrillo High School. Trevor primarily teaches social studies and is one of the co-leadership teachers at MCHS. Growing up, Trevor loved to play all sports including soccer, baseball, and basketball. Trevor also worked numerous sports and soccer camps throughout high school and college. Trevor is the current Head soccer coach for MCHS.
Trevor is passionate about working with young individuals to promote the love of sports. Whether as a coach or teacher, Trevor hopes to be a positive role model for those he interacts with.
Coach Zac Tiedeman
Zac earned his Kinesiology Degree and Teaching Credential from Sonoma State University. He also attended SRJC, Santa Clara University, and Humboldt State.View Zac's Bio ⟩
Zac has spent the past seven years teaching physical education at Slater Middle School. He grew up playing many sports in his childhood, but found a passion for basketball and baseball. He has coached many basketball teams of all ages and has worked many summer camps over the years.
Zac enjoys all forms of fitness, sports, and outdoor activities. He is looking forward to creating a fun and healthy camp for all the campers.

This multi-sport camp is designed for children, ages 9-12, looking to learn the fundamentals and play various sports. These camps are designed to teach and develop campers in all aspects of the game in a socially engaging environment. Campers will work on running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking, dodging, balancing and playing, through fun practices and games
- Monday - Basketball Skills and Games
- Tuesday - Wiffleball Skills and Games
- Wednesday - Soccer Skills and Games
- Thursday - Flag Football Skill and Games
- Friday - Multi-Sport Day

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
Fun Instruction: A focus on developing running, jumping, catching, throwing, kicking, dodging, balancing, and playing
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age
Meals: Meals and snacks are NOT provided. All campers should eat breakfast at home. Campers are advised to bring snacks and plenty of water.
Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities
Camp T-shirt & Prizes: All campers receive a Nike Soccer Camps t-shirt and prizes
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
Ratio: Low camper to coach ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
Equipment needed: Sneakers, athletic clothes, water bottle, snacks, and sunscreen
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
- Athletic clothing
- Swimsuit/clothes that can get wet (Friday)
- Water bottle
- Small gym bag/backpack
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $30 discount. please fill out the Group Discount form with the name of your group and the names of each camper enrolling in the camp and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

- Day 1-4 KIDS Sports Camp!
- 9:00am Campers arrive, introduction, warm up activity
- 9:20-10:15am Skill based games/drills
- 10:15-10:25am Water break and optional snack time
- 10:25-10:50am Introduce/teach a fun game
- 11:25-11:50am Skill based games/drills
- 11:50am -12:00pm Cool down/closing circle
- Day 5 Water day/field day activities (please have your child wear clothing that is okay to get wet)
