Situated just steps away from the Appalachian Trail, Nike Camp All-Star at the Berkshire School in Sheffield, MA, is a co-ed sleepaway summer sports camp that combines individualized sport training with fun outdoor activities. Campers can choose to improve their skills alongside our Nike Sports Camps Coaches in either volleyball, soccer, basketball or even give it their best shot on the ice hockey rink.

Camp Director Sean Chenevert
Coach Sean Chenevert is a graduate of Manhattanville College where he played four years of varsity soccer and baseball and received numerous awards such as the Valiant Plaque Award for Overall Best Athlete and The Clarence Coder Award Recipient for Outstanding Community Service. Chenevert is currently a member of US Lacrosse and the Eastern Massachusetts Girls Lacrosse Coaches Association. He is also an active member of the New England Prep School Athletic Council. Sean has guided and aided hundreds of high school athletes through the college recruiting process. He is a co-founder of a local club and coaches year round at the national level in many tournaments around the country.

Assistant Coach Brian Cormier
Brian Cormier is entering his third season as an assistant coach prior to serving as the team manager/volunteer assistant coach for the Worcester State University men's soccer program. Cormier also worked closely with Kelly Downs, Coordinator of Student-Athlete Support Services, overseeing and working with exemption soccer players. In addition to his volunteer work with the university, he also worked at Worcester South as a student teacher.View Brian's Bio ⟩
Brian was a four-year member of the Worcester State men's soccer team graduating in 2013 with a degree in history. In Brian's career he played in 71 games, making 54 starts. His senior year he was the only one to play and start in all 21 games. Brian was a captain for two years and finished his career with a total of 28 points. Brian earned multiple league awards during his playing career including first team all-conference, player of the week and MASCAC All-Academic team.
He helped lead the Lancers to the regular season MASCAC championship his senior year while leading the conference in assists. He also helped the team to two ECAC tournaments and three consecutive appearances in the MASCAC post-season tournament.
Director of Basketball - Girls Ashley Finnegan
Finnegan just finished her second year coaching at Westfield State University, helping the Owls to back-to-back MASCAC Tournament Championships and two NCAA tournament bids.The team reached the 19-win mark both years; including 11-1, records in the league helping them claim the 2017 and 2018 MASCAC regular season titles.View Ashley's Bio ⟩
Finnegan began her collegiate coaching career with a four-year stint at Lasell College in Newton, Mass., where she played a key role in the rebuilding of a program that went from 4-21 to 12-14 during her time.
Finnegan was a graduate of Westfield State in 2011 where she played her final two years leading the Owls to a MASCAC regular season championship and posting 19 doubles her senior year ranking 8th in the nation. Prior to transferring to Westfield in 2009 Finnegan started her career at NCAA Division II Mercy College (NY) where she averaged 10.4 points and 7.0 rebounds per game, helping lead the mavericks women’s team to their first postseason berth in the program’s history. In her four-year collegiate career, Finnegan scored 1286 points and grabbed 808 rebounds.
A native of Worcester, Mass., Finnegan was a four-year starter at Holy Name High School where she helped her team to a pair of district titles while also being named to the academic honor roll.
Director of Hockey Michael Findorff
Michael Findorff enters his second season as an assistant on the Bentley hockey coaching staff with the 2018-19 season.View Michael's Bio ⟩
Prior to his arrival in Waltham, Findorff was an assistant coach on the staff of Atlantic Hockey rival Niagara University. He began his coaching career as an assistant at Utica College.
Findorff played collegiately at Miami University as a defensemen from 2005-09, where he helped the RedHawks to a run of four straight NCAA Tournament appearances. His career culminated in helping the program to the Frozen Four in 2009, where they advanced to the finals, before falling in overtime to Boston University. He went on to join the New York Islanders organization (AHL) in 2009, and the Phoenix Coyotes organization (ECHL) in 2010.
From Colorado Springs, Colorado originally, Findorff graduated from Miami with a Bachelor of Arts in business-management information systems. He earned a Masters of Business Administration from Utica.
Kessel, a Bernedoodle, joins Camp All-Star this year! He enjoys watching soccer, swimming, paddleboarding, and playing with kids. His resume is an impressive array of sitting, rolling over, and fetching. Get ready to see him in action!
At Nike Camp All-Star, we hope that every camper has a fun, rewarding and memorable time at camp. And while having fun is important, there's nothing more important to our coaches than instilling core values that include honesty, sportsmanship, courage, kindness, dependability, and unselfishness – because these are gifts that can last a lifetime.
Campers get to participate in their favorite sport (either basketball, soccer, volleyball, or ice hockey) 4 days a week, 5 hours a day. They then have the opportunity to get outdoors and enjoy The Berkshires! This includes participating in hiking, mountain bike riding, yoga, fitness, dance, rock climbing, wake boarding, water skiing, knee boarding, paddle boarding, kayaking, fishing, and swimming.
Every night staff and campers get together at our Evening Wrap-up to recap the highlights of the day and to acknowledge personal achievements. Counselors will share insightful life lessons at the end of each night’s wrap-up, incorporating the 6 core values and teaching campers how to be a better athlete and a better person. NIKE BASKETBALL CAMP
Youth summer basketball training camps are the perfect way for your kids to spend their summer. We focus on developing fundamentals, game play and overall fitness. Players are grouped according to age and ability. Our nurturing environment creates an atmosphere for kids to learn, get better and to have fun.
NIKE SOCCER CAMP
As you may know, soccer is one of the most popular sports among children and teens. Kids participate in fundamental soccer drills, including shooting and passing drills and fun match play. Special goalkeeper training is provided as well.
NIKE VOLLEYBALL CAMP
We proudly provide a volleyball summer camp program for children of all skill levels – beginner, intermediate or advanced. Our talented coaches run challenging volleyball drills for the campers in order to improve their game. Our boys and girls volleyball camp is full of fun with an emphasis on skill development.
Camp All-Star Hockey ACADEMY
Our Hockey Academy offers outstanding training and instruction at one of the best hockey camps in New England. This camp within a camp, specializes in teaching kids the rules, skills and techniques necessary for improvement for all levels of players. We provide the individualized instruction and training to help them become an improved hockey player.
Camp All-Star's amazing water sports including water skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding and paddle boarding are very popular among our campers! Summer is about enjoying the days outdoors, so campers enjoy the Berkshire lakes weekly. These activities are the highlight for many of our campers at All-Star!

Berkshire School is a beautiful co-ed boarding and day school which sits atop 400-acres at the base of Mount Everett (2,624 ft.) in Sheffield, Massachusetts, in the heart of the Berkshire Hills. The school is just a 2.5 hours drive from Boston and New York City and 1.5 hours from Albany and Hartford
The area is a great destination for world-renowned arts and culture, health and wellness retreats and spectacular nature, including the Appalachian Trail, which is just a short hike from campus. Nearby Great Barrington (once named "Best Small Town in America" by Smithsonian Magazine), Lenox and Salisbury, Conn., are also amazing destinations for restaurants and shopping.
