US Sports Camps Passes 100,000 Camper Milestone in 2019

October 25, 2019 – US Sports Camps, Inc. (USSC) recently announced the surpassing of a significant milestone in the company’s history. USSC reached a record annual enrollment in August after passing 100,000 participants across all camps. Providing instructional sports camps in 17 categories, the company offers over 1000 locations in nearly every state and province in the U.S. and Canada (Sports Camps Canada is a subsidiary of USSC). US Sports Camps’ mission is to continue providing young athletes access to the very best coaching on the planet in a fun, structured learning environment.
Charlie Hoeveler (Founder and CEO) started US Sports Camps in 1975 with a mere 150 campers, running tennis programs for legendary player Billy Jean King and her associates. By 1986, Hoeveler had worked his way into an ownership position and that year USSC served 2,000 campers. At that point he left his full-time job and took over operations of USSC… and the rest is history.
Today, US Sports Camps houses 25 full-time employees and 10-15 summer staff members to assist with customer service in the busy summer months. Apart from their internal staff, USSC contracts with several thousand college coaches, professional players and teaching professionals as site directors and instructors.
