He didn't want to leave!
July, 20, 2018: James had so much fun at camp! The coaches were invested in the players and understood how to meet the needs of different age groups and abilities! We would definitely do this camp again and recommend it to friends. My kid was jumping out of the car at the beginning of the day and was the last one on the field each day - he didn't want to leave! I was a little worried about James attending full day 9-3 camp because of his age and the heat; however, neither was an issue. The coaches were wonderful at switching up the activities and keeping them fun for the younger kids. Also, the staff did an amazing job managing the heat! They had water stations, cool towels, and a sprinkler to help keep everyone cool and safe. The entire coaching staff really invested in the whole experience. There was music playing, which really kept the atmosphere up beat as well. The ONLY thing I could think of to make the experience better would be to possibly partner with UMASS to see if the kids could go swimming (if there is a pool available). However, I know that the kids are there for soccer, not swimming, so I understand. Overall, excellent camp!
