    Excellent feedback!

July 23, 2016: Nike swim camps provide a safe and exciting environment conducive to the improvement of the young athletes and their teamwork skills. All of the coaches are more then qualified to teach and provide excellent feedback. Also the facilities there are great!

July 11, 2014: Thank you so much for your great organization, enthusiasm, and fun over this past week. I was a bit worried about how it would work out given that it was so far away from us. But, it worked out beautifully! Our kids are happy (and tired) and this will leave lasting memories. What else can you ask for? You did a really really really nice job.

    Really fun!

July 8, 2015: I enjoyed swim camp especially the part where we broke down the strokes into their separate motions and worked on the parts individually. We went to the beach and swam and had a BBQ and that was really fun too.

    Had a blast!

July 10, 2015: My daughter has been swimming only a year. Starting at 13 is NOT easy but she was committed to it and earned her way to participate at the Nike Swim Camp at San Diego State with Brendon Bray. The camp enforced the skills and techniques she is getting with her year round team at home, but also allowed her to get a glimpse into her future if she continues on this path. All of the coaches were inspiring professionally and personally and she came home with a new sense of who she is and why she swims. A great investment all the way around.

    had a great time.

July 23, 2019: My daughter was a little scared about going, but as soon as she arrived and talked to some other girls, she had a great time. She loved the activities with the coaches, and the work outs were perfect! The coaches told her a few tips and she really listened and learned throughout the camp.

The San Diego State camp coaches were amazing!

August 2, 2016: My coach was amazing. I went to camp not knowing how to dive and turn. I was in the warrior group and my coach helped me. Not just her but other coaches were there for me and taught me how to dive until I got it. They did not have their swim suits on but one offered to show me her diving. My coach also took very good care of me. I arrived late and they all helped me get to know a the coaches and everyone. The San Diego State camp coaches were amazing and taught me so much.

    Great experience!

July 12, 2017: My child had a wonderful experience and enjoyed the opportunity of trying an open swim as she had never done it before. She also liked that they offered a swim analysis. She had a swim meet following her return from camp and I could already notice improvements in strokes she struggled with. I feel she was quicker off the block and faster off the wall. Such a great experience!

    So much fun!

July 13, 2017: Our daughter really enjoyed being busy with all the activities. Having everything (swim, activities, meals, etc) back to back made the days go by so quickly. Everyone was super nice and she was sad when it ended. Perhaps adding an extra day would be beneficial.

    Valuable experience!

July 20, 2017: I got many different tips and viewpoints from the counselors. They shared all their experience and passion for swimming to me. It was interesting to meet people from across the country with different backgrounds. I did a lot of things out of my comfort zone and those are very valuable experiences. I really enjoyed the camp and I learned a lot. Thank you.

    Highly recommend!

July 20, 2017: My daughter, got so much from the Nike swim camp at SDSU! She was able to obtain tips on how to perfect the stroke she had the most difficulty with (breast stroke), and can now swim it with confidence. She also learned about mental preparation and goal-setting for herself. The camp was both challenging and inspiring. Everyone was so friendly! There were kids from other states and it was exciting for her to meet others who share her passion for the sport. Everything about camp was top notch and she is very happy that she was able to attend. I would highly recommend attending this particular camp to everyone who is looking for a swim camp for their child.

    Loved the video feedback!

July 22, 2017: Our 10 year-old daughter attended the swim camp at San Diego State two weeks ago and had a great time. She came out every evening with several fun stories to share and learned many helpful tips from the coaches. Particularly helpful was the video and technique feedback that was sent to us after the camp. She decided to work on the butterfly notes first, and this last weekend she took a full second off of her 25 yard butterfly time and broke a 28 year-old team record! Many thanks to Coach Steve, Coach Rachel, and the rest of the SDSU coaching staff!
