Peak Performance Swim Camp is excited to offer a summer camp in St. Lucia. Our St. Lucia Summer Camp focuses on maximizing swimming potential through a three-sided approach focused on mental, technical, and physical conditioning.

Lane assignments for swimmers are based on ability level rather than age. Each day begins with a powerful mental presentation emphasizing the important role that the mind plays in peak swimming performance. The underlying "positive mental message" is repeated throughout the day to heighten its impact and create lasting change. Each day of camp ends on a high note with swimmers feeling mentally, technically, and physically empowered. In addition to our 8 challenging in-water training sessions, the camp also includes 4 intense dry-land training sessions, 2-4 swimming related yoga sessions, and 4 inspiring mental conditioning sessions.

Open to age group and senior-level swimmers, ages 8-18, who currently compete at a local, regional, state, or national level. To maximize the benefits of the camp, swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level versus their age.

INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY CAMP

Our IM Camp covers the entire individual medley from the front start, the four strokes, the three IM turns, plus the ideal racing strategy. It’s the complete package over four days! Training and racing in the IM is a wise choice as it develops all four strokes and makes swimmers more versatile and competitive. Most people think of Michael Phelps as the King of Butterfly, but he’s also the only swimmer in history to win the 200 IM in four consecutive Olympics. PEAK coaches are masters at teaching and training, and our swimmer-to-coach ratio is the lowest in the industry! Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!

CHECK-IN
Monday, July 8 from 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM.

If private coaching was purchased in advance with camp registration, swimmers will be assigned appointed dates/times and the schedule will be posted at Camp Check-In. Please note that Private Coaching sessions are scheduled around the coaches’ availability (between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.) and may be subject to change due to weather and/or pool conditions.

CAMP FINALE
Camp concludes at 3:00 PM on Thursday, July 11. Our closing ceremony will be held at 3:00 PM before sign-out and dismissal. Parents are invited to attend.

Olympic Coach Nick Baker’s unique holistic training approach includes mental, technical, and physical conditioning each day of camp.

Each day’s curriculum includes: 1 hour morning dry-land session, 2 in-water sessions (morning and afternoon), mental skills training, 1 hour yoga session, and catered lunch.

    Quality camp!

    February 21, 2017: We are most impressed by the quality of the swim camp. Coach Nick and his team are not only excellent coaches, they are also caring and encouraging. Many swimmers hit a plateau in their training. It’s difficult to move forward without knowing the problem and how to correct it. Coach Nick and his staff spotted the areas our daughter needs to improve and helped her to correct them. We would like to thank Coach Nick and team for the excellent experience our daughter had.
