Peak Performance Swim Camp introduces NEW custom clinic programs this Fall! Choose our INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY CLINIC for 11 & Over swimmers OR our specially-designed TOP 10 CLINIC for 10 & Under swimmers.
Open to age group and senior-level swimmers, ages 8-18, who currently compete at a local, regional, state, or national level. To maximize the benefits of the clinic, swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level versus age.

Our passionate and experienced coaching team is comprised of stroke technicians, teachers, and motivators - who inspire our swimmers with their enthusiasm, knowledge, and love of swimming. INDIVIDUAL MEDLEY CLINIC: What is the ultimate event in swimming? Choosing to train and compete in the Individual Medley has many long-term benefits; the main one being that it develops all four strokes, giving swimmers more options and opportunities. Having one weak stroke can be extremely detrimental, so that’s why we dedicate an entire practice to each of the four strokes. The turns are also unique to this special event, especially the turn from back-to-breast. We teach all IM Turns and conduct swim progressions in all 4 strokes. Receive personalized feedback with our low 7:1 swimmer to coach ratio!
TOP 10 CLINIC: 10 & Under swimmers are a unique group who require extra care and attention. That’s why we created a swim clinic just for them. Our goal is to develop well-rounded swimmers proficient in the three starts, the four strokes, and the four turns. In addition to numerous skill progressions and individual critiques throughout, we offer age appropriate physical challenges as well as fun aquatic games to round off each day. An unbelievably low 6:1 swimmer to coach ratio provides the optimum learning experience! Space is very limited.
Note: This is not a learn-to-swim program, but specially designed for 10&U competitive swimmers. Throughout the clinic, swimmers will perform multiple lengths of each of the four strokes – including the Butterfly.

Check-In and Orientation for both swimmers and parents will take place Saturday, November 10, from 7:15 AM to 7:45 AM at the pool deck, located at the University of Washington Husky Pool at Edmundson Pavilion. Swimmers will start camp immediately following Check-In, and should arrive wearing swimsuits underneath their dry-land clothing.
Clinic concludes at 4:00 PM on Sunday, November 11. Our closing ceremony will be held at 3:00 PM before sign-out and dismissal. Parents are invited to attend.

The clinic curriculum is a mental, technical, and physical blend based on Coach Baker’s unique holistic philosophy, and features highlights from our week-long camp program.
Our 2-day, IM Clinic highlights all IM turns and conducts swim progressions in all 4 strokes. Saturday morning starts off with the butterfly, the butterfly turn, and the butterfly-to-backstroke turn. The same process is repeated with the other three strokes over the course of the weekend clinic.
The 2-day, Top 10 Clinic is customized for 10 and under swimmers to refine essential start, stroke, and turning skills. In addition to numerous skill progressions and individual critiques throughout, we offer age appropriate physical challenges as well as fun aquatic games to round off each day.

I thought I would take a moment and let you know about my daughter's progress in long course. Let me remind you of what she had said to you at your April session, "I don't really like long course." First of all, her strokes look amazing, so clean! She qualified for age groups in both butterfly and breaststroke. She won 4 out of 6 heats at the regional meet and came in the top five in three events including the 50 BK. This has been a huge mental victory for her, as you well know. I feel so fortunate to have you in our lives, shepherding us along! You have been an amazing motivational and guiding force for Kelsey. Beside the technical support, you have given her the mental support she truly needs. There's just so much one can say. She has to believe in herself, and when you tell her that she can do something...it is truly magical.

Big part of my success.
Wanted to let you know that I swam extremely well at the Big XII Championships. On Friday I went a personal best, by a full second, in the 50 FR. My time was 20.67. On Saturday I swam the 100 FL, going a 48.20 and dropping more than a second. On the very same day, I split 20.2 in the 200 FR Relay. Finally, on Sunday, I swam the 200 FL in 1:48.94 - a two second drop! I just wanted to thank you for being such a big part of my success. I couldn't have done it with out you.

I just wanted to follow up and THANK YOU again for all you have done for Julie's swimming. The techniques you taught her, coupled with the focused Dry-Land Olympics, have made a huge impact. Since we worked with you a month ago, Julie has had two meets and dropped in every event. She also got her JO Cut in the 200 BR. Not only is dropping time - she is also much more confident. She KNEW she was going to get the cut this past weekend. She said it, she expected it, and she approached the race with more confidence than I had ever seen before. It was amazing! In just one month, she has dropped: 1.3 seconds in the 50 FR, 2.2 seconds in the 100 FR, 2.6 seconds in the 200 FR, 4.5 seconds in the 100 BK, 6.1 seconds in the 200 BK, 1 second in the 100 FL, 3.2 seconds in the 200 FL, 5 seconds in the 100 BR, 10 seconds in the 200 BR, 3.8 seconds in the 200 IM and 8 seconds in the 400 IM. That's over 45 seconds in one month! We can't wait to come back - she is a totally different swimmer.
