The Nike Hurdle Coaches Clinic with Terrence Trammell offers a special learning opportunity for coaches specifically interested in short hurdles (100m/110mH). The Coaches Clinic is designed for track & field coaches without extensive academic or coaching backgrounds.
This unique clinic allows hurdle coaches to learn from one of the top short hurdlers in the world. Coach Trammell, a 2021 USTAF Hall of Fame Inductee, is also a 2-time World Indoor Champion (60mH), 2-time Olympic Silver Medalist (110mH), 3-time World Championship Silver Medalist (110mH), and won multiple indoor and outdoor NCAA Championships while competing for the University of South Carolina. He was named the Head Sprints Coach at North Carolina A&T in February of 2023.

Terrence Trammell was named North Carolina A&T Sprints Coach in February 2023. Prior to joining NC A&T, Coach Trammell was assistant coach at Pace Academy in Atlanta, GA.

This clinic is designed for all levels of hurdles coaches from the novice to seasoned veteran. The hurdles clinic instructs coaches on proper short hurdle form, block starts, and programming. Offering information for the design of training plans and workouts for all phases of training, it also assists with the organization and administration of track programs from the middle school to college levels.

MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
