- Ages: 6 and up (Youth Athletes and Masters Athletes welcome)

ABOUT ULTIMATE TRACK & FIELD TRAINING ACADEMY
Our team of highly qualified coaches and trainers are dedicated to providing the best possible training experience to our athletes. We offer a range of training programs, including speed and agility training, strength and conditioning, and individualized coaching to help you improve your sprinting, jumping, throwing, and other key skills. Some of the track and field events we specialize in are long jump and triple jump, javelin, hurdles, shot put, pole vault, and many other track and field events.
Our philosophy is simple: we believe that with hard work, discipline, and the right training program, anyone can achieve greatness in their athletic pursuits. Our goal is to provide our athletes with the tools they need to succeed, whether they are looking to compete at a high level, or just want to stay active and healthy.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: Low staff to athlete ratio
- Grouped by: age, ability and event
- Evaluation: by coaching staff
- Equipment Needed: Athletes should bring at least one pair of broken in running shoes. Event shoes/spikes are recommended but not required. Please be sure to properly mark your equipment, so that it can be easily identified. Please review the Information Packet for a detailed checklist of items to bring.

CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
ALL CAMPERS:
- Extra Athletic clothing
- 1-2 pairs of broken in running shoes/ event spikes
- Non-running shoes
- Water bottle
- Sunblock
- Packed snacks
- Small gym bag/backpack
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
BEHAVIOR POLICIES
We may ask campers who require 1×1 supervision, disrupt the camp experience, or threaten the safety of themselves or others to leave camp. Behaviors meriting expulsion include, but are not limited to: a cause or threat of violence, putting themselves or others in danger, possession of a weapon, possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs or illegal substance, robbery, damage to property, sexual misconduct or assault, harassment, hazing, racist remarks or acts, or intimidation. In those cases, we will contact a parent to pick up the child immediately. We do not issue refunds to campers who are asked to leave camp.

Camp Questions & Answers
Does the Health & Release Form need to be signed by a doctor?
Our Health & Release Form does not require a doctor’s signature. This form is required to be filled out accurately, and completed online prior to camp arrival.
Are meals provided?
Campers should bring their own water/drinks and snacks.
Are the campers supervised throughout the camp?
Yes, campers are supervised by the coaches and staff. All staff members complete criminal and sex offender background checks before working the camp.
Can I come to camp alone or do I have to be a member of a team?
We welcome individual campers and teams. It's a great place to meet new friends who share your enthusiasm for the sport and to have FUN!
