Athletes of all skill levels will have the chance to sharpen their volleyball techniques, build confidence, and prepare for the upcoming season. ALL SKILLS CAMP
- Session I: June 16-19
- Session II: June 30-July 3
- Age Group: 10-15
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm
- Check-in: 8:30am on Day 1
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day.
- Program: The All Skills program offers high-energy training focused on fundamental skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Athletes will build a solid foundation and boost confidence in a positive, energetic environment.
SERVING & PASSING CLINIC
- Session I: June 20
- Session II: July 18
- Age Group: 10-15
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-11:30am
- Check-in: 8:30am
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided.
- Program: The Serving & Passing program is designed for players to improve the strength of their serve and the effectiveness of passing. The serving portion of the clinic will focus on the various techniques of serving, along with improving consistency. The passing portion of the clinic will focus on various passing techniques for both front-row and back-row passers, as well as all-around ball control techniques for all positions. Recommended for all players and positions.
*If you are planning to attend the Hitter & Setter Clinic after, please bring your lunch. Campers will be supervised between sessions.
HITTER & SETTER CLINIC
- Session I: June 20
- Session II: July 18
- Age Group: 10-15
- Daily Hours: 12:30pm-3:00pm
- Check-in: 12:00pm
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided.
- Program: The Hitter & Setter program is designed to focus on the basic fundamentals of attacking and setting. The setting portion of the clinic will focus on mastering hand positioning, follow-through, footwork, and decision-making. The attacking portion of the clinic will focus on mastering their approach, footwork, and arm swing. Hitters and setters will be combined for maximum repetition, drills, and live gameplay. Recommended for players of all abilities.
ADVANCED CAMP
- Dates: July 14-17
- Age Group: 14-18 (Grades 9-12)
- Daily Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm
- Check-in: 8:30am
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day.
- Program: The Advanced program is geared toward high school and club-level players (ages 14-18) with 2-3 years of competitive experience looking to improve in all aspects of the game. This competitive program stresses position play, advanced team techniques, and a higher level of play. Campers will receive elite instruction that will elevate and refine their technique and take their skills to the next level.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch to camp each day.
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Volleyball Camps t-shirt and prizes. *1-day clinics excluded.
- Volleyballs: Volleyballs are provided for instruction during camp. Campers may purchase a Camp Volleyball at the time of registration, which will be given out on the last day of camp. Fun tip: Have your camp friends sign your ball before you leave!
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director’s discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own kneepads and have at least one pair of well-broken-in volleyball (court) shoes. Campers do not need to bring their own ball.
- Facility: Indoor courts, Outdoor beach courts, Outdoor grass courts
- A/C in Gym: N/A
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

TEAM/GROUP DISCOUNTS
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $45 discount. Discounts are not available for camps priced at $250 or less. Please fill out the Team Discount - Volleyball form and we will create a unique discount code for your group.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

DAY CAMP SAMPLE SCHEDULE
- 9:00am Campers arrive, warm up

Campers will train on the indoor courts at Helix Charter High School in San Diego, California.

Absolutely! Campers are encouraged to attend multiple sessions. Each program delivers something unique to help players excel in all areas of the game. Many campers will attend more than one session to further refine their skills, compete against new players, or choose a session with a different program focus.
