OVERNIGHT CAMPERS
HOUSING & ROOMMATES
Campers will reside in the Ward Hall dorm on campus and are assigned by age and request. If you have a roommate request and have not already given it to us, please do so as soon as possible. Roommate requests are not guaranteed, if you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!

SUPERVISION
The staff live in the dormitories with the campers and participate in evening activities. Drugs, alcohol and tobacco are strictly prohibited, and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS
On the first day of camp, all extended day campers should arrive dressed and ready to play. Drop off and pick up locations will be given out at registration.
Sunday:
♦ Extended Day Campers stay until 9pm.
♦ Dinner is provided.
Monday-Tuesday:
♦ Extended Day Camper Hours are 9am-9pm.
♦ Breakfast, lunch, and dinner provided.
Wednesday:
♦ Extended Day Camper Hours are 9am-12pm.
♦ Breakfast is provided. Check-out immediately follows closing ceremony.
Daily Hours: SUN 1PM-9PM, MON-TUES 9AM-9PM, WED 9AM-12PM
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt. *1-day clinics and fall, winter and spring camps excluded.
- Basketballs: Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp

- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
COMPANY POLICIES
OVERNIGHT CAMPER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 14 days prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for 100% of tuition fees paid. If you need to cancel from 1-13 days prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for 50% of tuition fees paid.
DAY CAMPER CANCELLATION POLICY:
This policy applies to all non-overnight campers and clinic participants. If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid.
ALL CAMPER CANCELLATION POLICY (within 24 hours):
After the 24-hour cancellation window has expired, no refunds or vouchers for camp fees paid will be issued for voluntary withdrawal, schedule conflicts, or behavioral dismissal. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive any voucher or refund. Vouchers will be considered for cancellations due to family emergencies, illness, or injury upon receipt of required documentation such as physician's notes, medical records, etc.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.

Facility
Campers will utilize Warden Arena and McKean Gym for basketball instruction.
Warden Arena is the home for Rollins' volleyball and basketball programs as well the main venue for large events on campus and has seating for up to 2,500. It has twice served as the court for the women's basketball NCAA Division II South Region Tournament and saw the Tars cut down the nets in 2012.
Located on the second floor is McKean Gymnasium which has three full-size basketball courts, volleyball courts and space for campus recreation. Varsity sports utilize the facility for practices.
