    The Position:

    USSC is looking for a seasonal, full-time Sport Specialist/Customer Service Representative to assist on all facets of the business from March through July. This is a temporary, 40 hour per week, hourly position located at the US Sports Camps headquarters in San Rafael, CA.

    Responsibilities would include:

    • Update web pages for each camp, create new pages for new camps
    • Assist with creation of marketing materials for each camp
    • Update/finalize important documents for camper parents (requires extreme attention to detail)
    • Phone coverage (customer service, registrations) 
    • Manage Sport voicemail box and email inbox
    • Assist with Email Marketing campaigns and distribution
    • Assist with social media marketing
    • Internet research (for marketing database creation)
    • Liaison for 15-30 camps (communicate with campers and parents)
    • Manage balance due reports (calling parents to collect overdue balances)
    • Camp surveys - create and distribute to campers and directors 

    Candidate’s skill set would preferable include:

    • Adobe Creative Cloud
    • Knowledge of social media platforms
    • Microsoft excel
    • SEO knowledge is a plus!

    Help Grow the US Sports Camps Network

    USSC is seeking an experienced Account Executive to push USSC’s camp operating services to the marketplace. The ideal candidate has a successful track record of exceeding revenue targets while building and managing a robust sales pipeline. The AE will own the entire sales process from research to contact to close while working closely with division managers to achieve alignment and smooth onboarding. This person will be responsible for matching client needs with different USSC’s services to create productive partnerships between USSC and coaches/camp operators. Success in this role requires competitiveness, an understanding of what makes USSC unique (servicing our coaches and young athletes), strong communication skills, organization and the ability to think strategically.

  • Seasonal Accounting Clerk

    US Sports Camps is seeking seasonal assistance in their accounting department. Position starts as part-time but ramps to full time mid-June and remains full-time through August 24th.

    Scope/Duties:

    Payroll: 

    • Process payrolls through ADP WorkforceNow
    • Collect payroll forms for new-hires 
    • Prepare mailings for distribution of paychecks
    • Filing of employee documents

    Accounts Payable:

    • Assist with organization and coding of invoices
    • W-9 collection
    • Organization, distribution, and filing of checks

    Accounts Receivable:

    • As needed assistance with processing and reconciliation of customer payments in proprietary software.

    Admin:

    • General administrative assistance as needed

    Skills/Qualifications:

    • Successful candidate will be able to work well with many competing responsibilities and will have general office experience
    • Courteous phone etiquette is a must
    • Prior experience with ADP WorkforceNow or prior payroll experience is a major plus but not required
    • Prior AP and/or AR experience a major plus but also not required
