1 Where can I view my balance?

You can view your balance in your USSC Customer Portal on your Campers Dashboard under Payment Status

2 How can I make a payment?

You can make a payment in your USSC Customer Portal on your Campers Dashboard under Payment Status

3 Can a pre-authorize a card on my account to make my final payment?

Yes! You will have an opportunity during registration to add a card to be charged on the final payment due date (the first day of the month before camp starts).

If you were not able to add a card, please contact us with the card that you would like to add for pre-authorization

4 What is your Refund Policy?

5 How can I pay my balance?

Most of you have probably already authorized us to automatically charge your balance with your credit card on the due date. If not, please contact us with a credit card or send a check to US Sports Camps.

6 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept only Visa & Mastercard

7 My question isn't answered here, what should I do?

Visit our contact page here and send an email to the appropriate sport or program. We'll be happy to answer your question personally.
