ABOUT PLAYER ONE PERFORMANCE
Founded in 2017, Player ONE Performance is a Northern California–based soccer training organization built on the belief that elite technical development is most effective when paired with strong relationships, professionalism, and care for the whole player. More than just a training program, Player ONE Performance is committed to creating a positive, motivating environment where players thrive technically, mentally, and socially. Trusted by families across the region, the program emphasizes connection, communication, and long‑term player growth, both on and off the field.
Player ONE Performance specializes in club‑neutral supplemental training, camps, and individualized development, offering experiences designed to support players of all ages, abilities, and ambitions. Their programs range from 1‑on‑1 training and small group sessions to Nike Soccer Camps, including day camps and residential overnight camps. Every program is carefully planned to ensure players receive purposeful instruction, quality repetitions, and feedback that supports confidence and progression.
The Player ONE Performance coaching philosophy is rooted in elite technical standards, attention to detail, and a player‑first approach. Coaches focus on understanding each player’s individual needs, tailoring sessions to maximize improvement while maintaining a fun, challenging, and supportive environment. This commitment to excellence has earned Player ONE Performance the trust of players at every level of the game, including youth athletes, elite academy players, college‑bound prospects, and professional footballers.
With over 15 years of camp experience across multiple states and international settings, Player ONE Performance has established itself as a leader in the youth soccer landscape. The brand is recognized not only for top‑quality training, but also for the standard of service it provides to players and their families, serving as mentors, role models, and partners in long‑term development. Player ONE Performance remains dedicated to delivering training experiences that are professional, impactful, and memorable, setting a benchmark for excellence in modern youth soccer.
SKILL LEVEL
Player ONE Performance coaches guide players through one of two specialized curriculums, Playmakers or Performance, ensuring the right environment for every athlete.
Playmakers
Our Playmakers program is where young players, serious about development, fall in love with the game the right way. Built around energy, creativity, and constant ball interaction, players develop core technical skills in a fun, fast-paced environment led by elite P1P coaches. Every session is designed to build confidence, coordination, and a genuine passion for soccer—while introducing the habits and standards that define a true player
Performance
The Performance program is for serious players ready to train with purpose. Sessions are intense, detail-driven, and designed to mirror the demands of the modern game. Players are challenged daily through high-level technical work, decision-making under pressure, and competitive environments that push them to improve. This is where committed athletes separate themselves, building the habits, mindset, and quality needed to perform at the next level.
**Coaches reserve the right to adjust training groups at any time during camp based on ability and experience to ensure a positive and developmentally appropriate soccer experience for all players.**
