Nike Soccer Camps provide a fun and challenging environment where players are grouped by age and ability to maximize development. Under the guidance of experienced coaches, campers sharpen their technical skills through focused training, small-sided games, and dynamic drills, building confidence and a passion for the game along the way.

SUPERVISION, MEDICAL PROTOCOL & TRANSPORTATION
Campers are supervised throughout the camp day by trained staff members who are strategically positioned to ensure a safe and positive experience. Coaches and staff actively participate in all activities and monitor campers during training sessions, breaks, and downtime.
Most camps have an athletic trainer on site to assist with illness or injury. In the event of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital and parents will be contacted immediately.
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for arriving at camp on their own and being picked up promptly at the end of each day. Please note that supervision is only provided during official camp hours, so early drop‑off or late pick‑up is not permitted.
INCLEMENT WEATHER & SUMMER HEAT PROTOCOL
The Nike Soccer Camp at Windward School is thoughtfully prepared to support camper comfort throughout the summer. With access to indoor spaces and shaded areas, the camp is able to adapt seamlessly to warmer weather while maintaining an engaging and organized daily schedule. Our staff takes a mindful approach to planning activities so campers can stay comfortable, focused, and excited to be on the field.
To help create a positive camp experience in all conditions, the program offers:
- Access to indoor, air‑conditioned spaces for breaks and activities when needed
- Shaded areas, including canopies, available during training sessions
- Regularly scheduled water and hydration breaks
- Flexibility to move activities indoors during hotter periods
The camp follows a clear weather plan, with staff actively monitoring conditions throughout the day. Coaches are prepared to adjust the schedule as needed, incorporating additional breaks, extended hydration time, and indoor activities when appropriate. This flexible, attentive approach allows campers to stay cool, collected, and ready to enjoy a safe, well‑run camp experience focused on learning, teamwork, and fun.
