This winter, Indiana University of Pennsylvania is offering a one-day clinic (9:00am-3:00pm) for ages 11-18. Upon arrival at this clinic, campers are placed in groups with other swimmers having similar abilities and goals.

- Program: The Competitive Edge Swim Clinic - Starts, Turns, and Race Essentials: Gain a competitive edge in the pool with our
swim clinic. This clinic is designed for swimmers looking to refine their
skills in starts, turns, and race strategies. Our experienced coaches will
provide individualized instruction to help you master the techniques that make
a difference in every race. Whether you're perfecting your dive, streamlining
your turns, or strategizing for peak performance, this clinic will equip you
with the skills needed to excel in competition. Dive in, sharpen your

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Sunday, December 6th
- Check-in: 8:30-9:00am at Memorial Field House.
- Check-out: Campers depart at 3:00pm
- Camp Hours: 9:00am-3:00pm
There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to drop off and pick up your child on time.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Swim Camps t-shirt and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience per the director's discretion.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water swimsuit, swim cap, goggles and towel(s)
- Facility: Memorial Field House
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

The Lepley Natatorium at Indiana University of Pennsylvania (IUP) is a state-of-the-art swimming facility that serves both the university's athletic programs and the local community. It features an six lane, 25-yard pool, diving boards, and training areas, making it suitable for competitive swimming and diving.
