Maximizing swimming potential through a holistic training approach is the mission of Peak Performance Swim Camp. To fulfill our mission, we seek to empower our swimmers through a two-tiered process of teaching and training. The teaching side includes daily chalk talks, video presentations, and ongoing poolside demonstrations. In addition, a targeted teaching strategy focused on swimmers’ individual needs is employed.

- All-In-One Training Camp: For competitive swimmers ages 9-18. The term “training camp” has a long-standing tradition in competitive swimming, where swimmers undergo a focused week of intense physical activity to get a jump start on future competitions or the start of a new season. At PEAK, we proudly put our own spin on it and go above and beyond. We start by creating an “eagle mindset” – where swimmers learn that focus, determination, and a positive attitude all lead to better performance. Next we add four hours a day of intensive in-water training, purposeful teaching, daily motivational mind power workshops, dynamic dry land training, and yoga stretching sessions. The combined PEAK experience toughens swimmers mentally, boosts fitness and confidence, and improves essential swimming skills. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!
Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for competitive swimmers ages 9-18.
Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns.
