The fact that my 13 year old son was dreading it and ended up loving it!

Dear Coaches at Peak Performance - We'd like to thank you for the fabulous training you gave our daughter, Scarlett. Age Group cuts had been a bit beyond grasp for her and she wasn't quite so motivated. After attending your camp she had a renewed passion for swimming and cut so much time at each event that she easily made her AG cuts. Now she is focused on Zones. Thank you for helping her!

Before I came to see you I hadn't come close to my best time in over a year. Although my best time was a 1:06.88, the closest I came was 1:14.52. My coach couldn't figure out what to do. I spent two hours with you and I went 1:05.71 at States!
  • Season 2015
NICK!!!! - I did it! I made age group provincials in my 200 breast stroke! I have taken off 12 seconds in this since seeing you this summer in Connecticut. Your confidence in me helped my confidence in myself …a lot! Thank you so much (and all the other awesome coaches like Tim ). I can’t wait to come again soon….

THANK YOU for all that you have done for our daughter! The all important triangle philosophy has significantly impacted her both in and out of the pool! This past fall was a very rewarding season. She placed first in the 100 Breast at sectionals with a time of 1:06.27…then placed third in the 50 Free with a new school record and state qualifying time of 24.75…and also assisted all 3 relays in qualifying for States, thus qualifying in all 5 events. At States she swam the 100 Breast and captured the 8th place finish in the A Finals. You and your staff’s ability to break the stroke into integral component parts that the swimmer can understand and then build them back up in correct format is fascinating to observe. This method of instruction is concrete and one that swimmers are able to immediately feel results. We have moved into our club season and look forward to working with PEAK in the future!

Camp Coaches

Camp Details

Peak Performance Swim Camp’s mission is to maximize swimming potential through a holistic training approach. The origin of this approach comes from a book entitled, The Swimming Triangle, written by our Founder and Head Coach Nick Baker. Coach Baker believes maximizing swimming potential requires a three-sided approach focused on mental, technical, and physical conditioning. To validate his approach, all one needs to do is list the inherent qualities of any great Olympic or world class athlete. No doubt the list would include a winning mindset, flawless technique, and supreme fitness.

2026 OVERVIEW
  • Dates: June 15-19
  • Age Group: 8-18
  • Gender: Coed
  • Camp Type: Overnight (Ages 11-18), Day (commuter)
  • Check-In: 7:30am. Camp Check-In and Orientation for swimmers and parents will occur at the Gym-Pool entrance area. Please park and enter the facility via the front main entrance.
  • Check-Out: 11:30am. Camp concludes with our special Finale Ceremony conducted in the pool entrance area or just right outside the pool. Parents are invited to attend and should plan to pick-up their children promptly afterwards.
  • Day Schedule: MON-THURS 8AM-3PM, FRI 8AM-NOON
  • Individual Medley Camp: For competitive swimmers ages 8-18. Our 5-day IM Camp covers the entire individual medley from the front start, the four strokes, the three IM turns, plus the ideal racing strategy. It’s the complete package!

Training and racing in the IM is a wise choice as it develops all four strokes and makes swimmers more versatile and competitive. Most people think of Michael Phelps as the King of Butterfly, but he’s also the only swimmer in history to win the 200 IM in four consecutive Olympics. Physical fitness plus the right technique can turbocharge your performance.

Each day’s curriculum includes: four hours of intensive in-water training, purposeful teaching, motivational mind power workshops, dynamic dry land training, and yoga stretching sessions. The combined PEAK experience toughens swimmers mentally, boosts fitness and confidence, and improves essential swimming skills. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!

Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for competitive swimmers ages 8-18.

12 & OVER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 12-18. The 12 & Over Camp is our most challenging training level and builds throughout the week in both intensity and expectation. State-of-the-art skill progressions are combined with challenging swim sets, and swimmers are tested during the week to maintain their newly acquired skills. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.

11 & UNDER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 8-11. The 11 & Under Camp is our lead-up training level to the 12 & Over Camp. While both camps follow the same format, the skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted for younger swimmers. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns.
