Abraham Muheize
Camp Director
Abraham Muheize is a lifelong athlete, entrepreneur, coach, and community builder whose passion for sports has shaped every chapter of his career.
A former All-American football player, Abraham transitioned from competing as an athlete into entrepreneurship and sports leadership. He later founded and operated a professional basketball organization in the American Basketball Association (ABA), where he developed a community-first approach to building a successful sports organization. That experience reinforced a philosophy that continues to guide him today: sports are about much more than competition—they are about bringing people together.
Abraham became involved with TTC in 2022, initially helping run and organize UTR tournaments and events. As his involvement in pickleball grew, so did his passion for the sport and its unique ability to create community.
In 2024, Abraham began coaching pickleball and took over operations at TTC Coto, helping transform the club into a thriving, active pickleball community through programming, tournaments, leagues, clinics, junior development, and a strong focus on creating an inclusive and welcoming environment.
His success at Coto led to an expanded leadership role as Director of Operations for TTC, where he is now focused on continuing to grow the game, strengthen TTC communities, develop new programming, and help expand the organization across multiple locations.
As a Nike Pickleball Camp Director, Abraham brings together his experience as an athlete, entrepreneur, coach, event operator, and community builder. His coaching philosophy is simple: help players understand the game, compete with confidence, have fun, and develop a genuine love for pickleball.
For Abraham, pickleball has always been about more than what happens on the court. It’s about community, relationships, competition, and creating an experience that keeps people coming back.
