Head Women's Soccer Coach
Coach Jeff Frykholm brings decades of experience developing young players at the club, high school, and collegiate levels. Currently the Head Women’s Soccer Coach at Regis University, he has led teams to consistent conference success while emphasizing strong character, teamwork, and academic excellence. A USSF “A” Licensed coach and former club director, Jeff has coached players of all ages and helped teams win state and conference championships across multiple states. As a lifelong educator, he is passionate about creating a fun, positive, and supportive environment where young athletes can grow in skill, confidence, and love for the game.
