Monique Demaisip
Diving Coach
Monique Demaisip is in her sixth season as the diving coach at Pepperdine in 2026-27.
After joining the squad in October 2021, Demaisip made an immediate impact, helping two Waves qualify for the NCAA Zone Diving event, while Paulina Holmberg set school records in the 1-meter and 3-meter. Demaisip also helped the Waves win back-to-back PCSC championships in 2022 and 2023. She was named the dive coach of the meet at the 2023 PCSC championship.
Demaisip led the Waves to MPSF titles in the 1-meter and 3-meter diving competitions in 2025 and was named the MPSF Dive Coach of the Year for her efforts. In total, Demaisip has helped five Waves qualify for the NCAA Zone Diving event. In 2025-26 she helped guide the team to new records in the 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform dive events, while seeing two athletes qualify for NCAA Diving Zones.
