Camp Details
PLAYER DIVISIONS
We have 3 Divisions in our Overnight Camps. Each division will have coaches providing instruction to campers that correlates with that particular grade and level of play.
Grade based on 2024-2025 academic year:
- High School A & B Division - Entering grades 9-12 in the Fall of 2024
- Junior High Division - Entering grades 7-8 in the Fall of 2024
- Rising Stars Division - Entering grades 5-6 in the Fall of 2024
* At times we may have camps that are either smaller or larger in number which may lead us to adjust our divisions accordingly.
CAMP APPAREL
Campers have the opportunity to pre-order an Xcelerate Nike t-shirt in the camp registration process through May 1st. You will receive items purchased on the first day at camp check-in.

- T-Shirt Sizes Available in Adult Small, Medium, Large and X-Large
DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
**Campers are eligible for ONE Discount ONLY. Both the Individual and Goalie discounts are included in the current registration price. Once the discount dates have passed, the full price will be listed**
Individual Discount: $50 Early Bird discount available until February 28th. The price will increase on March 1st and then again on April 1st. The individual discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
Goalie Discount: $50. Each of our camps has a position-specific coach, however, to ensure each session has enough goalies for drills and scrimmages, all goalies automatically qualify for a special price. The goalie discount cannot be combined with any other discount.
Team Discount: Please reach out directly to the USSC office at 800-645-3226 for available discounts involving 10 or more teammates. The team discount cannot be combined with any other discount.

ST. OLAF COLLEGE
Northfield is a historic river town of 20,000 in the southeast part of Minnesota, just 45 minutes from the Twin Cities and Minneapolis/St. Paul (MSP) international airport. Known as “The Hill,” St. Olaf College’s picturesque 300-acre campus is home to 10 athletic facilities. Adjacent to campus are 325 acres of restored wetlands, woodlands, and native tallgrass prairie owned and maintained by St. Olaf.

This camp was amazing!
The coaches at this camp make long hard lacrosse days feel fun. I really liked playing with other people my age that shared my passions for lacrosse. I wish it was already summer 2016 so I could go back to camp tomorrow. This camp was amazing!

Met girls from all over the midwest!
My daughter had a blast and came home with stick handling skills that were far superior then what she had learned prior to camp. She met girls from all over the midwest and forged friendships that are hopefully long lasting.

Wants to return!
Even being a relatively new player compared to the other girls, my daughter was accepted by the other girls and staff and was not made to feel bad because of her inexperience. She learned a lot and absolutely wants to return next year.

Loved it!
I loved the fun collegiate coaches who create nicknames, creative punishments and created great team/camper camaraderie.

I definitely recommend this camp!
I definitely recommend this camp, it was so much fun. It's a great learning experience and you have the opportunity to meet a lot of other great lacrosse players. Can't wait for next summer!

Fun times!
I would recommend this camp because I met really good friends there and it was an amazing experience for young girls. If you love lax it's perfect and if you love fun times it's also perfect!

The Nike Xcelerate camp was great at incorporating multiple skills into drills. They were also great with working with different skill levels. The camp had a wide range of levels and they put it all together seamlessly. The coaches were also very friendly and eager to help.
