INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
Early Drop-off
Early drop-off is available for campers at an additional fee of $50 for Mon-Fri. This fee includes supervision and activities provided by the Virginia Beach Field House staff Monday-Friday from 7AM-9AM. Pro-rates are not available.
Late Pick-up
Late pick-up is available for campers at an additional fee of $60 (for the first 4 days). This fee includes supervision and activities provided by the Virginia Beach Field House staff Monday-Thursday from 3PM-6PM. Pro-rates are not available.
Meals
Lunch can be purchased at registration for $38/wk (Mon-Thurs). Lunch options may include: pizza, hamburgers, hot dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches, chicken nuggets, and/or chicken sandwiches. All meals come with your choice of chips/fruit cup/veggie cup/yogurt and milk/juice/soda. There is a set menu of lunch items each day; campers will fill out a lunch form each morning. If you do not purchase lunch, please bring a packed lunch.
BASKETBALLS
Nike All Court Elite Basketballs can be purchased during registration for $35. Players can choose between a size 6 (28.5", standard girls) or size 7 (29.5", standard boys) ball, which will be passed out on the last day of camp. Please note that it is not recommended to bring a basketball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction.

PRE-CAMP CHECKLIST
To view your customer account, complete your mandatory forms, pay balance dues, and review important camp information, visit Pre-Camp Checklist. All necessary camp information is on this page. If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!
PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.

COMPANY POLICIES
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.

Facility
Virginia Beach Field House is Virginia's largest indoor sports facility with 175,000 square feet of courts and fields. VBFH is well air-conditioned with four basketball courts, eight portable hoops and a divider making it a great space for games, scrimmages and drills.
