Get ahead of the competition in summer 2025 at one of New York's top girls basketball camps! Work on your shooting technique, positional work, ball-handling skills, gameplay tactics, and more with help from Pace University Head Coach Carrie Seymour and staff. This always sold-out camp located just outside of NYC is the perfect place to get better.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

Camp Director Carrie Seymour
Carrie Seymour is in her 31st year as the Pace Women's Basketball Head Coach, entering the 2022-23 season with a record of 510-342 at the helm of the Setters program. Pace women's basketball has made it to the NCAA Tournament 11 times under the leadership of Seymour, including two Elite Eight appearances: 2001 and 2022

COMPLETE SKILLS I CAMP HOURS
- Check-in: Monday at 8:30AM at Goldstein Fitness Center.
- Closing Ceremony: Tuesday at 2:30PM. Departure immediately following.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided, please bring a packed lunch.
- Daily Hours: MON-TUES 9AM-3PM
COMPLETE SKILLS II & III CAMP HOURS
- Check-in: Monday at 8:30AM at Goldstein Fitness Center.
- Closing Ceremony: Friday at 12:30PM. Departure immediately following.
- Meals: Lunch is not provided, please bring a packed lunch.
- Daily Hours: MON-THURS 9AM-3PM, FRI 9AM-1PM
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours
- Lunch: Lunch is not provided, please bring a sack lunch each day
- Camp T-shirt & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Basketball Camps t-shirt. *1-day clinics and fall, winter and spring camps excluded.
- Basketballs: Basketballs are provided for instruction during camp
TEAM DISCOUNT
If you have a group of 5 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 10 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $40 discount. Please fill out the Team Discount - Basketball form with the name of your group and the names of each camper enrolling in the camp and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
INSTRUCTION & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by ability, age, and experience, per the Director's discretion
- Facility: Indoor courts
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.
COMPANY POLICIES
If you need to cancel for any reason up until 24 hours prior to camp check-in, you will receive a camp credit voucher for tuition fees paid that is good through the following year for any sport and is transferable to any immediate family member. Participants who DO NOT attend their registered session (no-shows for any reason) or who do not contact USSC to cancel at least 24 hours prior to camp check-in will not receive a voucher or refund. Cash refunds are given only if Cancellation Protection was purchased at the time of registration and the cancellation is made before your balance due date.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.

Sample Daily Schedule
- 9:00 AM Day Campers arrive; stretching and conditioning
- 9:15 AM Instructional stations
- 10:30 AM Lecture
- 11:00 AM Full-court games
- 12:00 PM Lunch, rest
- 1:00 PM Team practice
- 2:00 PM Full-court games
- 3:00 PM Campers depart
Campers will utilize the Goldstein Fitness Center, located on Pace's Pleasantville Campus, for daily basketball instruction. The Goldstein Fitness Center is home to the Pace University Men's and Women's Basketball, Men's and Women's Swimming & Diving, and Women's Volleyball teams and provides an ideal learning environment for all campers and players. The facility includes a 2,400-seat arena, scoreboards with message center, walking/jogging track, aerobics/dance room, fitness room with cardio theater, eight-lane natatorium, locker rooms, equipment room, VIP room, meeting room, concession stand, athletics staff offices, training facility, and health care unit.
*Please note that hoops do not adjust at this location. Younger campers must be able to reach a 10ft rim to participate.

The attention from thecounselors was so individualized.
This camp was really fun. It was easy to make friends and the attention from the counselors was so individualized I felt like I was really learning stuff. The facility was great and I loved this camp!

My daughter developed so much more confidence being around other girls who love basketball. It was all about the sport, not cliquey, and everyone was there to play the game. She also loved watching the older girls and the counselors. They made her feel included and everyone was so positive.

We were greeted with smiles and warmth.
My daughter went reluctantly but after the first day she was excited to go. Everyday we dropped her off I was impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Everyday we were greeted with smiles and warmth. Great job!
