Join us for the Nike Boys Lacrosse Camp, located on the beautiful campus of the University of San Diego, just minutes from downtown San Diego. Get ready for a week of focused, intensive training sessions led by longtime camp director, Mario Enea, and his coaching staff.
Campers train each day at Manchester Field on the USD campus, dine daily at USD’s gourmet cafeteria and have access to the University Pool and many other campus training amenities. Great weather, coaching and excellent facilities make this camp a favorite for many young athletes.

Camp Director Mario Enea
Considered a pioneer in California Lacrosse, Enea has been active in the sport for over 30 years. He grew up in Carmel, California playing high school football, baseball and lacrosse at Robert Louis Stevenson School in Pebble Beach, CA. A starter for Drew University in Madison, New Jersey, Enea led the Rangers to the NCAA tournament before transferring to the University of California at Berkeley in 1992. He helped the Bears win a pair of Western Collegiate Lacrosse League championships, while twice being selected all-conference. Enea was a two-time captain and voted "Most Inspirational Player" by his teammates.

Camp Coordinator Kyle Allen
On staff is the current Head Lacrosse Coach of San Dieguito Academy High School Kyle Allen. Coach Allen has 19 years of coaching experience working with youth to the collegiate level. In those years he had roles as a Head Coach (14 years) and Program Director (5 years).

Lead Instructor - High School Johnathan Adlam
On staff this summer is Johnathan Adlam. Coach Adlam is a 2-time NISAA ALL-American from Long Island, NY. Johnathan is a US Navy veteran living in San Diego for the last 15 years and coaching middle school, High School, and College for the last 12 years. He's been the Heach Coach at Canyon Hills High for the last 5 seasons.

On staff is John Solomon. Coach Solomon, aka "Coach Solo," is a highly accomplished – Maryland bred – player, coach, confidence and energy coach, and master face-off instructor. With a passion for the sport and a commitment to developing well-rounded athletes, Coach Solo has a proven track record of success in guiding players to reach their full potential on and off the field.

Staff Reed Bobadilla
Born and raised in Encinitas, California Reed attended Santa Fe Christian high school where he earned 2nd Team All-Conference as a 4 year varsity starter and Senior Captain. He then went on to play at the University of Oklahoma where he started all 4 years and earned 1st Team All-Conference.

*Please Note: Last year, camp sessions SOLD OUT at this location*. You can expect a high demand for these first-come-first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. This summer, San Diego is offering one session of overnight with an Extended Day Camp (9:00 AM to 9:00 PM) option available. At the Nike Lacrosse Camp at the University of San Diego, our goal is to stimulate a love for the game by immersing you in the sport and giving you the kind of focused, intensive training essential to improvement. Throughout the camp, your enthusiasm and self-confidence will grow along with your skills.
2025 OVERVIEW
- Dates: July 3-6
- Age Group: 12-18
- Gender: Boys
- Camp Type: Overnight, Extended Day (commuter)
- Check-In: ALL CAMPERS: Check-in takes place at Manchester Village between 4:00-5:00pm. At 5:00pm all campers and staff will walk together to dinner and then head to Manchester Field for staff introductions and the first session of lacrosse.
- Check-out: Check-out takes place from 10:30-11:00am at the field after a brief closing ceremony.
- Extended Day Schedule: THUR 4PM-9PM, FRI 9AM-9PM, SAT 9AM-9PM, SUN 9AM-11AM **Times subject to change
- Meals: All meals are provided for Overnight campers. Lunch and dinner are provided for all Extended Day (commuter) campers.
- Program: The Advanced Skills/Complete Skills Camp is designed for high school/youth players (ages 12-18), and focuses on stick skills, position play, team concepts, and an overall intense level of competition.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN
Thursday, July 3rd
- ALL CAMPERS: Check-in takes place at Manchester Village between 4:00-5:00pm. At 5:00pm all campers and staff will walk together to dinner and then to Manchester Field for staff introductions and the first session of lacrosse.
CAMP CHECK-OUT
Sunday, July 6th
- Check-out: Check-out takes place from 10:30-11:00am at the field after a brief closing ceremony.
2025 HOUSING
- Dorm: Manchester Village Residence Suites
- Number of Campers Per Room: 2 per room
- Roommates: Rooms are assigned by age & roommate requests. Roommate requests must be mutual and received no later than 14 days before the start of camp. If you don't have a roommate request, you will be placed in a room with someone near your age. It will be a great opportunity to meet someone new!
- Bathrooms: Shared
- Linens: Not included. Bring linens or a sleeping bag, a pillow, a pillowcase, and a towel.
- Air Conditioning: There is no A/C in dorms. Campers can bring a fan.
SUPERVISION
The staff reside in the dormitories with the campers and participate in all activities. Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco are strictly prohibited and constitute, along with general misconduct, grounds for dismissal from camp without a refund.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning, afternoon, and evening training sessions
- Overnight campers: Dormitory housing on campus and all meals are provided.
- Extended Day campers: Lunch and dinner are provided.
- Supervision: Staff members reside in campers’ quarters and participate in all activities.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers at multi-day camps will receive a Nike Lacrosse Camps Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your helmet, mouthpiece, cleats, lacrosse stick, gloves, and pads.
- Facility: USD Athletic Fields
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

EXTENDED DAY CAMPERS
Checklist of Things to Bring: We recommend that all Extended Day Campers bring a daily pack with the following items: Along with your lacrosse equipment, we recommend that you bring a day pack with the following items: water bottle, weather-appropriate clothing, cleats, and walking shoes.
Camp Schedule & Meals:
- Thursday: Extended Day Campers should arrive dressed and ready to play. You will be assigned a counselor and given a complete schedule of all events during the week. Day Campers stay until 8:30pm. Dinner is provided.
- Friday: Extended Day Camper Hours – 9:00am-9:00pm. Lunch and dinner are provided.
- Saturday: Extended Day Camper Hours - 9:00am-9:00pm. Lunch and dinner are provided.
- Sunday: Check-out is immediately after the camp concludes at 11:00am. Departure time may change depending on the event.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
