Before joining Hartford, Kulas played a key role in the rise of UW‑Green Bay, helping lead the Phoenix to four straight Horizon League Tournament appearances, including the historic 2009 campaign that delivered the program’s first‑ever tournament championship and first NCAA Tournament appearance in 26 years.
