Take your game to the next level at The St. James in Springfield, VA with our high-energy Sport Performance Camp, built for athletes who want to enhance their Speed and Agility and translate those gains directly into competition.
Designed for current athletes across all sports, this focused training experience blends professional instruction with proven performance methods to improve acceleration, change of direction, lateral quickness, and overall movement efficiency. Through dynamic warm-ups, sprint mechanics work, footwork patterns, reactive agility drills, and power-building plyometrics, participants will develop the speed and sharpness needed to perform at a higher level.

WINTER CLINICS OVERVIEW
- Dates:
- December 20, 2025 (Saturday)

- Age Group: 8-18
- Gender: Coed
- Camp Type: Day/Clinic (11:00am-1:00pm)
- Schedule: 11:00am-1:00pm
- Apparel: All campers should arrive at check-in dressed in their athletic apparel and ready to train.
- Meals: Lunch is not included. Athlete's should pack a snack and water.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water, snack, and running shoes
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: 2-hour training session(s)
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your water and running shoes
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

If there are any imperative changes prior to camp start, registered campers will be notified via email and this webpage will be updated!
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
BEHAVIOR POLICIES
We may ask campers who require 1×1 supervision, disrupt the camp experience, or threaten the safety of themselves or others to leave camp. Behaviors meriting expulsion include, but are not limited to: a cause or threat of violence, putting themselves or others in danger, possession of a weapon, possession or use of alcohol, tobacco, nicotine, drugs or illegal substance, robbery, damage to property, sexual misconduct or assault, harassment, hazing, racist remarks or acts, or intimidation. In those cases, we will contact a parent to pick up the child immediately. We do not issue refunds to campers who are asked to leave camp.

CANCELLATION DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER
In the event a camp day is cancelled or camp hours are adjusted due to inclement weather, we will make every effort to provide make-up time. If make-up time is not possible, no refund will be issued for the first cancelled day or any shortened hours. If additional full days are cancelled and cannot be rescheduled, a pro-rated camp credit voucher will be issued for each cancelled day beyond the first.
