US Sports Camps is excited to be back this summer at Adelphi University, located in the picturesque village of Garden City, New York which is sure to be a Nike Lacrosse camp favorite for many. In nine years at the helm, McCabe has guided the Panthers in their championship tradition, adding three NCAA Division II national crowns to the team's resumé while reaching the national championship game in his first three years.
The university's great location, outstanding facilities and talented coaching staff make Adelphi University a popular destination for young athletes to improve their lacrosse skills each summer. Our goal is to stimulate a love for the game by immersing you in the sport and giving you the kind of focused, intensive training essential to improvement. Over the course of camp, your enthusiasm and self-confidence will grow along with your skills.

Camp Director Pat McCabe
Pat McCabe was announced as the fourth head coach of the women's lacrosse program on Sept. 4, 2014, and enters his eleventh season at the helm in 2025. Coach McCabe was recently inducted into the PLL inaugural Professional Lacrosse Hall of Fame Class. McCabe is one of 11 players to make the 2022 Class.

Lead Instructor Frankie Caridi
Frankie Caridi enters her ninth season with the Adelphi University women's lacrosse team in 2025, after returning to the program where she began her college career in the summer of 2016.

You can expect a high demand for these first-come-first-served camper spots, so please be sure to register early. At the Nike Girls Lacrosse Camp at Adelphi University, our goal is to provide campers the fundamental skills, position specific training and in-game tactical knowledge needed to enhance your game. Over the course of camp, your enthusiasm and self-confidence will grow along with your skills. This year Adelphi is offering one session of Day Camp (9:00 AM to 2:00 PM) option available.

- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Monday, July 13th to Thursday, July 16th
- Check-in: 8:30-9:00am at Motamed Field
- Check-out: 2:00pm on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday at Motamed Field
- Check-out: 12:00pm on Thursday at Motamed Field
MEALS
Lunch is NOT provided. Please bring a healthy lunch and snacks each day.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your cleats, protective goggles & mouthpiece, lacrosse stick(s), helmet and pads (Goalies)
- Facility: Motamed Field at Adelphi University
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
