US Sports Camps and longtime Director Frank Obiesie are excited to bring back the 2025 Nike Lacrosse Camp at Lakeridge High School in Lake Oswego, Oregon! Held Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, this four-day camp offers 20+ hours of high-level instruction and on-field development.
Lakeridge’s top-tier Field Turf surface provides a fast, game-like environment—perfect for improving anticipation, decision-making, and overall game IQ.
Whether you're building fundamentals or sharpening advanced skills, this camp offers expert coaching, a focused curriculum, and a dynamic setting that helps athletes grow their game with confidence.

Directing camp this summer youth is longtime director, Frank Obiesie. Frank grew up on the east coast and played Division II Lacrosse at Queens College (NY).

Camp Details

Due to the high demand for these limited first-come, first-serve spots, we strongly encourage early registration. This summer, we’re offering a week-long day camp (9:00 AM - 3:00 PM) for kids ages 7-13. There are no autograph sessions at this camp. Our focus is on true player development, providing hands-on instruction, high-rep training, and real results.

DISCOUNTS AVAILABLE
- Team Discount: If five or more campers register together, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. After all team members have successfully registered, contact us to receive a $25 refund per camper.
CAMP CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
Monday, June 23rd to Thursday, June 26th
- Check in Day 1: 8:30am-9:00am at the Athletic Fields
- Check in Day 2, 3 & 4: 8:30-8:45am at the Athletic Fields
- Check out: 3:00pm at the Athletic Fields
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning and afternoon training sessions
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Reversible Jersey & Prizes: Campers will receive a Nike Lacrosse Reversible Jersey and prizes.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:10 staff-to-camper ratio
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Please bring your helmet, mouthpiece, cleats, lacrosse stick, gloves, and pads.
- Facility: Lakeridge High School Athletic Fields
- Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours, so please arrange to pick up your child on time.

Wall Ball Drill
Come to camp enhance your stick skills! Lakeridge High School has added a new wall, specifically for players wanting to work on their stick skills.
- 12x different throws - 25x reps of each
- Test at 7-10 feet from the wall (approximately 2-3 stick lengths)
- 20 minutes to complete 300 reps 3x times through
- 900 total reps in 20 minutes or less for defenders and goalies
- 1.33 seconds per rep
- 900 total reps in 19 minutes or less for midfielders
- 1.26 seconds per rep
- 900 total reps in 18 minutes or less for attackmen
- 1.2 seconds per rep
- 900 total reps in 20 minutes or less for defenders and goalies
