CIT (Coach In Training) Program:
Our Coach-in-Training (CIT) Program gives young leaders ages 12–17 the chance to step into a supportive coaching role across a variety of sports and activities. CITs assist staff with setting up games, demonstrating skills, leading warm-ups, and helping younger campers (ages 7–10) stay active, confident, and engaged. Through hands-on experience and mentorship from our coaches, CITs build leadership, communication, and teamwork skills while learning how to create a fun, positive environment. It’s the perfect way to stay involved, give back, and grow as a leader both on and off the field.
