At Peak Performance Swim Camp our primary goal is to bring out the very best in every swimmer we coach. To achieve this ambitious goal we employ a one-of-a-kind holistic approach that conditions swimmers both inside and out.

- Race Camp: For competitive swimmers ages 8-18. Our 5-day Race Camp focuses on excellence in racing! How swimmers perform in competition determines their ultimate success in swimming. Hard-nosed training matters, but smart-tough racing matters more. At PEAK Race Camps, we specialize in teaching the mental, technical, and physical skills to help swimmers excel where it matters most!
Our Race Camp curriculum includes:
- Various focus and mental toughness simulations to sharpen the mental edge.
- Race rehearsals to heighten the competitive spirit and teach the ideal racing strategy for all distances.
- Technical stroke refinement.
- Power, flexibility, and skill drills to quicken all starts and turns.
- Plus plenty of head-to-head racing!
Each day includes four hours of intensive in-water training, purposeful teaching, motivational mind power workshops, dynamic dry land training, and yoga stretching sessions. The combined PEAK experience toughens swimmers mentally, boosts fitness and confidence, and improves essential swimming skills. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!
Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for competitive swimmers ages 8-18.
12 & OVER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 12-18. The 12 & Over Camp is our most challenging training level and builds throughout the week in both intensity and expectation. State-of-the-art skill progressions are combined with challenging swim sets, and swimmers are tested during the week to maintain their newly acquired skills. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.
11 & UNDER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 8-11. The 11 & Under Camp is our lead-up training level to the 12 & Over Camp. While both camps follow the same format, the skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted for younger swimmers. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.
Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns.
