Maximizing swimming potential through a holistic training approach is the mission of Peak Performance Swim Camp. To fulfill our mission, we seek to empower our swimmers through a two-tiered process of teaching and training. The teaching side includes daily chalk talks, video presentations, and ongoing poolside demonstrations. In addition, a targeted teaching strategy focused on swimmers’ individual needs is employed.

Start & Turn Video Camp: For competitive swimmers ages 8-18. During the morning swim sessions, coaches record swimmers’ strokes and teach focused skill progressions.
During the afternoon sessions, swimmers rotate through individual video reviews with a PEAK coach. Seeing their own technique helps athletes connect coaching feedback with specific movements in the water.
While individual reviews take place, another PEAK coach leads in-water drills so swimmers can practice the skills being taught. Athletes return to the water with clear corrections to work on. Following camp, stroke videos are emailed to parents so swimmers can revisit what they learned and continue working on their technique.
Created by Olympic Coach Nick Baker, the camp’s curriculum is second to none. Coach Baker has authored ten books on swimming and produced four swimming videos. The camp offers many unique features and is highly recommended for competitive swimmers ages 8-18.
Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on ability level. The daily skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted to reflect skill and performance levels.
