This was a great first experience for our daughter at a Winter Camp, she had a lot of fun and loved the staff. She wants to attend again next year.

No other camp or clinic comes even close to the quality of training that swimmers receive from PEAK. Come and witness the difference in your child's performance.

Our competitive swim athlete has attended 7 Peak Performance Swim Camps around the country and has excelled in her technique, confidence, knowledge and abilities in the sport of swimming. All of the Coaches are excellent, well-qualified and have years of experience to share with your child. They are an outstanding team of professionals. Every facility has been a good training ground and this is a well-oiled machine. Buy the privates with different Coaches; especially with Coach Baker and the videos they can take home. Expect results that are worth every penny!

I just wanted to share our positive story! My son attended your Fall Camp in Orlando for the second time. For him, it was an another amazing experience like the first time. For me, as a mom, who attends every single practice every day, it has been rewarding because I have seen the progress in technique and attitude in practice as well as in meets. This past weekend we had our first meet since the camp, and it is with great pride and joy to tell you that all of my son’s times went down!!! And he is getting really close to qualifying for National LC Championships in Puerto Rico. His times not only went down, but they decreased significantly. In the 100m Free, his entry time was 1:27.00 and he finished first in his heat with 1:21.51!!! Every night when my son goes to bed, he reads Coach Baker’s book, 101 Winning Ways. Thanks, Coach Nick and PEAK Coaches, for inspiring my son to be better! Hope to come back to another camp soon!!!

Dear Coach Nick - Thank you for such an empowering camp experience. Throughout the camp, the coaches created a positive environment that served as a catalyst for positive change. Upon leaving the camp I felt physically stronger, technically better equipped, and most of all, mentally tougher. I had always been, as you put it, a race horse. I went to all the practices, but was always saving my energy for that one killer main set. I was in a survivalist mindset that kept me in my comfort zone. Through your camp I have realized that staying in my comfort zone will not get me anywhere. As a result of your swim camp, I am mentally equipped and have been welcoming each challenge set back in club practice. I will continue to strive to become a Race-practice horse so as to maximize my gain and minimize my time. So far in the week of club swimming that I've had since the camp, I have made a conscious effort to keep what I learned in camp with me. I still wear the Swim Positive wrist band on my ankle every day. The wrist band really brings your philosophy into tangible form, and it really helps to remind me of everything I have learned. Each day brings a new challenge and because of your swim camp, I feel ready and happy to face what adversity might come. I will always remember those talks that you had with the Elite group before getting into the water. They really helped me by providing encouragement and hope. Whenever I dislike a set, I remember what you said about thinking about what helps me, rather than what I like. All in all, your swim camp has really changed my outlook on practice and swimming itself. Truly, you have changed my attitude towards the sport, and for that you have my utmost thanks. Thank you for your commitment and level of dedication to the swimmers at your swim camp; I am sure we all appreciate it.
  • Season 2017
I have thoroughly enjoyed every single camp and clinic and have never failed to go back home with a multitude of mental and technical skills. There comes a time in every swimmer’s career (several times actually) where they get to truly reflect on their accomplishments and triumphs as well as their shortcomings and failures that shaped them into the athlete they have become. This final, senior year has been my time to ponder on all of my age-group years and connect them to the possibilities that are to arrive for me in the future. As I think about everything, the first thing that comes to my mind are the years I have spent under Coach Nick's guidance at Peak Performance. I have never encountered a coach that paid so much attention to me and internally believed in my abilities. He never failed to give me honest advice that extended past simple technical adjustments and because of him I emerged both a tougher and more conscientious athlete. I recently committed to swim for a Division 1 program at Louisiana State University and study within their Honors College. Coach Nick has played the most meaningful role in my swimming over the last 10 years. If I had never stepped onto the pool deck at your camp 9 years ago, I do not think I would have ever amassed all this knowledge and insight into this sport. Thank you, Nick, for helping me develop as a swimmer and instilling the confidence and self-belief that I can truly accomplish what I set out to do. I look forward to making this final camp a positive and memorable one. See you soon.
  • Season 2015
We are most impressed by the quality of the swim camp. Coach Nick and his team are not only excellent coaches, they are also caring and encouraging. Many swimmers hit a plateau in their training. It’s difficult to move forward without knowing the problem and how to correct it. Coach Nick and his staff spotted the areas our daughter needs to improve and helped her to correct them. We would like to thank Coach Nick and team for the excellent experience our daughter had.
  • Season 2015
Thank you for the care, knowledge, and support you have given to my daughter. Both of us believe that her achievements over the years are mainly due to your teaching. As always your camp was great and you were an inspiration to her.
  • Season 2015
Coach Nick, we want to thank you again so much for all you’ve brought to our daughter during the 3 PEAK camps she’s attended in 2015. She has progressed strongly and is truly passionate about swimming – thanks to a very large extent to what she’s learned with you. It was definitely worth the trip from Belgium! We are booked to come back again to the Orlando Winter Camp and look forward to seeing you soon.
  • Season 2014
My son participated in your camp this past Christmas break in Orlando. He was in PEAK 1. Upon his return home, he swam in a major competition in Toronto. I honestly did not recognize him. His strokes were so long and smooth and his turns were faster than I have ever seen before. He improved his times in every event and made finals in everything. You do amazing work.
  • Season 2013
I just wanted to thank you for the best swim camp ever. Over the past four years I’ve attended four different swim camps. I learned more and improved more in your camp than all the other swim camps combined. What I liked most was the way your taught stroke technique and your positive attitude. You also know how to make swimming fun. My coach couldn’t believe my strokes when I got home. He said he would only recommend your camp from now on. Next summer my parents said I can come for the whole summer. Thanks again.

  • All-In-One Training Camp: The term “training camp” has a long-standing tradition in competitive swimming, where swimmers undergo a focused week of intense physical activity to get a jump start on future competitions or the start of a new season. At PEAK, we proudly put our own spin on it and go above and beyond. We start by creating an “eagle mindset” – where swimmers learn that focus, determination, and a positive attitude all lead to better performance. Next we add four hours a day of intensive in-water training, purposeful teaching, daily motivational mind power workshops, dynamic dry land training, and yoga stretching sessions. The combined PEAK experience toughens swimmers mentally, boosts fitness and confidence, and improves essential swimming skills. Learn from the PEAK pros and get the winning edge!
  • 12 & OVER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 12-18. The 12 & Over Camp is our most challenging training level and builds throughout the week in both intensity and expectation. State-of-the-art skill progressions are combined with challenging swim sets, and swimmers are tested during the week to maintain their newly acquired skills. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.
  • 11 & UNDER CAMP: For competitive swimmers ages 9-11. The 11 & Under Camp is our lead-up training level to the 12 & Over Camp. While both camps follow the same format, the skill progressions and challenging swim sets are adjusted for younger swimmers. Swimmers are assigned to lanes based on their current skill and performance level.

Note: This is NOT a learn-to-swim program, but specifically designed for competitive swimmers who can perform multiple lengths of all four strokes and the official starts and turns.
