Alberto De La Torre

Alberto De La Torre was named the Vikings’ new Director of Basketball Operations in July 2021 by Head Coach Jase Coburn.

De La Torre has been a part of the program for five seasons. He began as a team manager in 2018, then moved to the role of graduate assistant. He begins his second year as Director of Operations.

De La Torre is responsible for team travel, equipment, facilities, film operation and team managers among other duties.

A native of Portland and David Douglas High School, De La Torre earned his degree from Portland State in 2020. He was a double major, getting degrees in Business Management Leadership and Human Resources.
