Bret Williamson
Bret Williamson enters his second season with the Jackalopes, first as the title of Hitting Coach. He played collegiate baseball at Central Arizona and Mesa State College, now Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction.
Bret was drafted by the Cincinnati Reds in 1986 where he played two years within their organization, one being in the Pioneer League for the Billings Mustangs. After his professional baseball career Bret served as a scout for the Montreal Expos while ultimately deciding to become a firefighter for the Adams County Fire Department. Bret holds many accolades as a fireman, and is currently the Division Chief of Training for Adams County. During his time as a fireman, he continued to be involved in baseball coaching many baseball teams from Colorado's Junior Olympic Team, the Rockies Scout Team and also serving as an assistant coach/hitting coach for Metro State University, Denver.
