Kobayshi won a CIF championship as a players and has helped coach San Clemente High School to three straight Southern California championships. She was also a player and coach at Long Beach State.
Her college coaching credits also include Rancho Santiago College. Her club teams have won the Surf Cup, Celtic Cup, and Coast League Championship.
