Head to Maryville, TN, this fall and train with Ryan Cahak and staff! The Maryville High School camp is open to all abilities and includes 4 Saturdays through September 2023 of high-energy drills, encouraging instruction, and scrimmages all formulated to help improve your confidence in the game and increase your basketball IQ.
The Complete Skills Camp helps players of all abilities develop athletically, refine fundamental basketball skills and enhance their skill set at the post, wing or guard position.

Camp Director Ryan Cahak
Ryan Cahak is a former college player and coach. He played at Syracuse University and coached at Colgate University, the University of Tennessee, Lipscomb University, and Kennesaw State University.

Co-Director Wes Lambert
Lambert embarked on his own coaching career, first as a graduate assistant at Belmont University in Nashville, then as an assistant at Blackman High School. His first head coaching job was at Nolensville High School, where he served as the Middle Tennessee start up program’s first ever head coach from 2016 to 2019.

September Clinics: September 9, 16, 23, 30
Check-in: Each day at 8:30am
Meals: Lunch is not provided. Campers will depart prior to lunch.
Daily Hours: SAT 9AM-12PM

PACKING LIST
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

● Small gym bag/backpack
CAMPER EVALUATION
Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week. In addition, campers will be evaluated and then split up into smaller groups according to age and ability.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided by the camp to or from any airports. If you are flying to or from camp, we recommend using an airport shuttle service. Please schedule flights as close as you can to the check-in times on the first day and check-out times on the last day.
