Dr Ernest Culver

Dr. Ernest E. Cutler, Jr. was born in Whiteville, North Carolina on April 21, 1974. He graduated from New Bern Senior High School in 1992 and joined the United States Navy in March 1994. He served 20 years on active duty and honorably retired on April 30, 2014.

While serving, he designed comprehensive management studies, managed high-profile projects, and developed strong relationships with military intelligence leaders while implementing solutions to complex problems, with organization-wide impact to effectively support counterintelligence initiatives which enabled the warfighter to plan missions, gain battlefield superiority, precisely target the adversary and protect our military forces. His combat support services has aided intelligence entities in protecting our homeland by supporting counterterrorism, counternarcotic missions, and border patrol security operations. He currently holds a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information clearance.

Currently, Dr. Cutler is the co-owner of Pressure Sports Group, LLC and STEALTH Sports. These entities strive to deliver world-class representation that provides time, dedication, and integrity to our FAMILY of professional athletes across multiple sports. The goals of PSG and STEALTH are to (1) deliver high-end representation services to our clients on a unfailing basis, (2) to build trust and rapport amongst our FAMILY of athletes by providing convenience services that are available to our clients on a 24/7/365 basis, and (3) to build an extraordinary working environment that our athletes can rely on to take care of their “off the playing field” business affairs.

In conjunction as a co-owner with PSG and STEALTH, he serves as the Football University (FBU) team Director for Team Southcentral Texas out of San Antonio, Texas. The FBU National Championship tournament celebrates and promotes youth football through uniting all-star athletes of all backgrounds from across the United States in a true, one-of-a-kind national tournament for student athletes in grades 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.

Additionally, Dr. Cutler has served as an adjunct professor at the University of the Incarnate word since 2015 within the Leadership and Sports Management graduate degree program. His course curriculum is designed to provide the student with a graduate business degree and a unique expertise to qualify them for higher level executive positions in the sport industry and related fields. His course objectives are designed to meet the needs of people working in a variety of school or sporting organizations. Dr. Cutler’s instruction entails discussion topics such as: management of personal involved in sports organizations, leadership, management style, personal skills, conflict resolution, contract agreements, time management, and personnel problems.
