Noel coaches at the Delaware Military Academy (2007 - present) where he's achieved three top five finishes. He also coaches the indoor track team since 2008.

Noel coaches at the Delaware Military Academy (2007 - present) where he's achieved three top five finishes. He also coaches the indoor track team since 2008. Previously, Breger coached at Archmere Academy 1991 - 2007, winning eight state titles. He received Coach of the Year awards in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007, and 2010. Breger ran cross country in high school and at Washington College where he was team captain. Coach Breger has been a staff coach at SMRC for eight years.
