Over 20 years of youth coaching experience where he has mastered the art of connecting and developing rising stars.

Ricardo, a former Collegiate Player and current Cal Assistant Coach. He has had over 15 years working in all capacities as a youth coach, an elite club and academy level coach and as a Club Director. His leadership, work ethic, and character on and off the field and works to instill those characteristics in his players.
