Welcome to the Nike Junior Golf Camp in Milpitas, California! Join Nike Camp Director, Matt Garrison PGA, this summer at Spring Valley Golf Course. This camp provides top-notch instruction by our highly qualified staff of teaching professionals. Improve your game and have fun with our experienced teaching professionals this summer!
Morning Camps
This program is designed to pique the interest of new golfers while also offering intermediate golfers the instruction needed to improve. Half day campers receive three hours of instruction each day with emphasis on putting, chipping, bunker play and full swing. Morning Camps run Monday through Thursday from 9:00am - 12:00pm and are open to beginner/intermediate, ages 7-17. Please note: Lunch is included on Thursday only as part of graduation. The restaurant grill is open daily for purchase to all campers and families after the camp (not included in price).
Highlights Include
- Three hours of morning instruction covering putting, chipping, pitching, and full swing
- Course play focusing on course management, strategy, shot selection, rules and etiquette (Thursday)
- Supervised Play will be on the Alternate #2 hole on Thursday, as part of Graduation Day
- Lunch is provided for all campers on the final day of camp

Camp Details
This program is designed for boys and girls between the ages of 7-17. The staff is on hand to provide campers with top quality instruction each day. Upon arrival, all participants are evaluated by the staff so that their own instructional needs can be addressed throughout the week.

- Morning Camps: 9:00am-12:00pm, Monday-Thursday
- Check-In: 15 minutes prior to camp start time.
- Lunch: Lunch is included on Thursday only as part of graduation. The restaurant grill is open daily for purchase to all campers and families after the camp (not included in price).
- Program: The Beginner/Intermediate program is designed for players who are just discovering the game. Campers will get a jump-start on their golf skills and create a solid foundation to build upon after camp. Campers receive instruction on all skills - putting, chipping, bunker play, and full-swing in various individual, small group and full group settings.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
- Instruction: Morning instruction with focus on all aspects of the game including putting, chipping, sand play and full-swing. Supervised course-play will be on the Alternate #2 hole on Thursday.
- Lunch: Lunch is included on Thursday only as part of graduation. The restaurant grill is open daily for purchase to all campers and families after the camp (not included in price).
- Supervision: Campers are supervised by staff during camp hours.
- Camper Amenity Package: Campers will receive an amenity package including a Nike hat, drawstring bag, SRIXON golf balls, camp workbook, and graduation certificate.
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT & FACILITY
- Ratio: 1:8 staff-to-camper ratio.
- Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience.
- Equipment Needed: Players should supply their own golf clubs, glove, golf balls, and tees. Through Nike Junior Golf Camps we do not provide club rentals at this camp. You can reach out to the Pro-Shop at the golf course to see if they have any rentals available for your session of camp. The phone number is (408) 262-1722.
- Facility: Spring Valley Golf Course
- Medical Protocol: Camp will have on-site staff to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital.

TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.

Spring Valley Golf Course
Spring Valley Golf Course is an 18 hole golf course measuring 6,140 yards from the tips. The course serves the communities of San Jose, Milpitas,Fremont, Sunnyvale, Mt. View as well as Gilroy, Redwood City, Hayward and San Leandro. It offers a challenging round of golf for all golfer levels (4 tee locations) set in the beautiful, panoramic Milpitas foothills away from both traffic and housing developments – ten miles from the San Jose Airport. Golfers are tested with picturesque Par 3’s, doglegs, difficult Par 4’s and potentially reachable Par 5’s utilizing both water and sand bunkers to enhance the experience.
