Join us for multiple weeks of Nike Soccer Camps with High Performance Academy at Hal Bartholomew Sports Park in Elk Grove, California. With a mix of traditional and modern soccer coaching methodologies, the curriculum is one that allows every camper the opportunity to continue to progress to a higher level of soccer play. An intensive focus on technique, movement, goal-scoring, game intelligence, and mental preparation, will provide the player with everything they need to leave the camp feeling confident and prepared.

Camp Manager at HPA Shonice Myers
A resident of Fresno, Shonice Myers has been coaching throughout Southern and Central California for over 10 years. Shonice has her National C Coaching License and is the current Camp Manager for High Performance Academy. Shonice is a Fresno State Soccer Alumni, and received a Master of Exercise Science and Coaching from Concordia University of Irvine, CA. Shonice has a proven record as a top youth soccer coach and camp manager through her years of experience with multiple organizations.

Director of Program Operations Villyan Bijev
Raised in Fresno, CA, Villyan traveled the world over his 12-year professional soccer playing career. He brings an extensive knowledge of camps, clinics and academies gathered from different countries. Most notably he played for Liverpool FC's u-23 academy in England. He also played professionally in the United States for 7 years in the USL Championship and League One. Villyan has his USSF B-License in coaching and enjoys sharing his experience and knowledge with the next generation of players and coaches.

WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE FEE?
Training: Dynamic and insightful instruction from the HPA coaching staff
Meals: Meals and snacks are NOT provided. All campers should eat breakfast at home. Campers are advised to bring lunch and snacks. There will be a station to fill water bottles.
Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities
Camp T-shirt & Prizes: All campers receive a Nike KIDS Camps t-shirt and prizes
INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY
Ratio: Low camper to coach ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
Equipment Needed: All campers must bring soccer cleats, shin guards, athletic shoes, and a water bottle.
Facility: Hal Bartholomew Sports Park
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital
CHECKLIST OF THINGS TO BRING:
Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.
DAY CAMPERS
- Athletic clothing
- Soccer Cleats (no metal studs)
- Shin guards
- Water bottle
- Sunblock
- Packed lunch and snacks
- Small gym bag/backpack
SOCCER BALLS
Nike Soccer Camp Balls can be purchased during registration. Players can choose between a size 3, 4 or 5 ball, which will be shipped out before camp. Shipping is included in the listed price. Please note that it is not required to bring a soccer ball to camp as they are provided by the staff for camp instruction. All sales are final.
TEAM DISCOUNT
If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $30 discount. Please fill out the Team Discount - Soccer form with the name of your group and the names of each camper enrolling in the camp and we will create a unique discount code for your group.
TRANSPORTATION
Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
MEDICAL PROTOCOL
