Westy is a Positive Coaching Alliance certified coach, U.S. Kids Golf Certified Coach, and personally specializes in volleyball, soccer, golf, and football. Westy is the camp director for the Nike Sports Camps at UNLV, Westminster University, Boise State University, University of Denver, Loyola Marymount University, UC Santa Barbara, Cal Poly, Cal State San Marcos, OSU Cascades, and University of Puget Sound.

Coach Holt played high school football, baseball, and basketball at Winslow HS, in Winslow, AZ. He then went on to play football at Porterville College CA, and then on to CSU, Humboldt where he played quarterback. His coaching career started very early as a high school assistant at Porterville HS, Strathmore HS, and multiple schools in Utah (Kearns, West, Hunter, Cyprus, Layton Christian, and Ogden). He also spent an additional three years coaching baseball and football back in California. He also spent six seasons coaching at Adams State College, Bethel College, and Eastern Arizona College. In total he has been coaching high school sports for over 30 years, as well as six seasons at the collegiate level.

“I love baseball and have left football to pursue only baseball the past five years. I have two sons, Jaice and Shae, a dog named Lilo, and have been married for 22 years. My newest challenge is becoming a first-time grandpa to my sweet grandbaby, Mille. I look first to being part of all your journeys in baseball development!”

Born and raised in Salt Lake City and a graduate from Brighton High School in 2014 and Lyon College in 2018. Alex has always had a passion for giving back to the community he grew up in. After over ten years of competitive baseball, he served as the Youth Program Director and coach for the Salt Lake Gulls Baseball Club. Additionally, Alex was as an Assistant Baseball Coach for Judge Memorial Catholic High School in their 2021 Region Championship season. Alex took over as head coach of the baseball team for the 2022 spring season and continues to coach them today.

Sam Phillips joined Rigby High School baseball staff in February 2021. He spent his first two seasons as the varsity assistant coach/pitching coach. Phillips was then hired as the Head Coach starting with the 2023 season. Since being named head coach Phillips has led his team to a third-place finish in conference in 2023 and second place finish in 2024. The McKinney, TX, native is a product of the junior college system. He played baseball at Brookhaven CC for two years before transferring to Texas Christian University, before his career was cut short due to an injury. Phillips played short stop, third base and pitched in college. Phillips earned his bachelor’s degree in history from BYU-Idaho and his master’s degree in athletic administration from Idaho State University.

Phillips teaches Social Studies and is also the freshman football coach at Rigby High School.

Hope is a Certified Mental Performance Consultant and has a master’s degree in Sport and Performance Psychology from California Baptist University. Hope works with many families and youth sports organizations to help their athletes take control over the most important part of the game, the game played in between the ears! Hope works with kids of all ages.

Scott brings to the table over 32 years of marketing expertise and a passion for helping student-athletes fulfill their dreams. His mission originated from a personal journey with his son’s athletic recruitment. Despite hiring six well-known brands in the recruiting world, his son had no offers or scholarships as he entered his senior year of high school. Fueled by a steadfast belief in his son’s potential and his own marketing acumen, Scott took the recruitment process into his own hands. In a short span, his son went from zero offers to over 26 offers and $1.1 million in scholarship opportunities. Scott’s innovative approach involved a high-level exposure program and an athlete branding program, ensuring that each student-athlete’s skills and potential were showcased to the fullest. When the world turned on its head with the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, Scott saw an opportunity to support other talented athletes facing similar struggles. His unique recruitment strategy resonated with families across the entire country, leading to the successful recruitment of over 400 athletes from coast to coast.

Peter Ozolin is a successful entrepreneur who has made it his mission to help student-athletes realize their full potential, both on and off the field. With a rich background in business leadership and a deep passion for mentoring, Peter brings a unique set of skills to the world of athletic recruiting. Throughout his career, Peter has consistently shown an ability to identify potential and foster growth. From his early days as a tech entrepreneur to his time leading Manzama, a leading provider of news and media aggregation tools, he has always been guided by a deep-seated desire to help others succeed. This desire, combined with his entrepreneurial mindset and marketing expertise, has led him to the world of athletic recruiting. Peter’s journey started with his family’s personal experience. When his son embarked on the high school recruiting process, Peter applied his business marketing knowledge and strategic thinking to the task, leading to a multitude of offers. This experience underscored the transformative impact that targeted marketing and strategic planning can have on an athlete’s recruiting journey. Inspired by this success, and the opportunity to make a major impact in young athletes’ lives, Peter began helping other student-athletes achieve similar outcomes. Peter leverages his entrepreneurial acumen to drive athletes forward into the future. Peter’s promise is to give his best to every athlete and parent he works with.

Lindsey is a Certified Athletic Trainer at Westminster University in Salt Lake City, where she primarily helps with the Women’s Basketball team. She is originally from Arizona. She attended Southern Utah University where she received her Bachelor of Exercise Science Degree. Upon graduation, she attended the University of Utah, earning her Master of Athletic Training degree. She has a passion for helping athletes achieve their full potential and watching them succeed at what they love doing. In her free time, she loves to read, be outside, hike, camp, and spend time with her loved ones.
