Join us for a week of FUN & Sports at the Nike Multi-Sport Camp Bay Area Sports at WCCS Boys & Girls Club! For over 60 years, our Clubhouses have been serving the kids of Contra Costa County. Our mission is simple: to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens.

We do this every day by providing a world-class Club Experience that assures success is within reach of every young person who enters our doors, with all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

Athletic Director West County Salesian Youth Club Jon Robles

Jon Robles is a seasoned basketball coach and sports administrator with over two decades of experience in coaching and developing young athletes. Currently serving as the Athletic Director at the West County Salesian Youth Club, Jon oversees the athletic programs, ensuring the growth and success of aspiring athletes.

With a passion for nurturing talent and instilling a love for the game, Jon also holds the position of head coach at a local high school, where he continues to make a profound impact on the lives of student-athletes both on and off the court.

Throughout his career, Jon has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, fostering a culture of teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. His leadership and dedication have earned him respect within the basketball community, where he is recognized for his tireless efforts in shaping the next generation of athletes.

Jon Robles remains dedicated to his mission of empowering young athletes to reach their full potential, both as players and individuals, making a lasting impression on the world of basketball and beyond.
Vision Sports Academy Co-Founder Jed Madayag

Coach Jed Madayag comes to Nike Basketball Camps with a multitude of experience in the game of Basketball on many levels.

His experiences include stints as a Youth All Star Coach in the National Junior Basketball Association, CYO Coach for Saint Catherine of Siena Middle School of Vallejo, Assistant High School Girls Coach for his alma mater Saint Patrick’s Saint Vincent High School also in Vallejo, CA and an AAU High School Coach to a team that featured two NBA Lottery picks from the 2023 NBA Draft in Amen Thompson (Houston Rockets) and Ausar Thompson (Detroit Pistons) who are also known at the Thompson Twins.

For the love of the game Coach Jed Madayag then took his skills plus knowledge to another level and co-founded Vision Sports Academy with his very good friend Co-Founder Coach Jonathon Robles. Vision is an Amateur Athletic Union Pacific District Girls & Boys Basketball Club which has 12 youth basketball teams ranging from 9U to 17U and has been in existence from 2012 to present day. Today, Coach Jed Madayag brings his experience and passion to Nike Basketball camps to help the Basketball World become a better place for ALL.

We believe every kid has what it takes to be happy and successful. The mission and core beliefs of Boys & Girls Clubs fuel our commitment to promoting safe, positive and inclusive environments for all. Boys & Girls Clubs of America supports all youth and teens – of every race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, and religion – in reaching their full potential.

This multi-sport camp is designed for young athletes, ages 5-18, looking to learn the basic fundamentals of various sports. These camps are designed to teach and develop campers in all aspects of the game in a socially engaging environment.

Supervision: Staff members are strategically placed throughout the camp to provide optimal supervision and participate in all activities

INSTRUCTION, EQUIPMENT, & FACILITY

Ratio: Low camper-to-coach ratio
Groupings: Campers are grouped by age, ability, and experience
Equipment needed: Sneakers, athletic clothes, water bottle, snacks, and sunscreen.
Medical Protocol: Most camps have an athletic trainer on-site to help with illness or injury. In case of an emergency, campers will be transported to the nearest hospital

Below is a suggested list of clothes, equipment, and personal items. US Sports Camps is NOT responsible for lost or stolen articles or money.

GROUP DISCOUNT

If you have a group of 4 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $25 discount. If you have a group of 8 or more campers registering for the same camp, each camper is eligible for a $30 discount. please fill out the Group Discount form with the name of your group and the names of each camper enrolling in the camp and we will create a unique discount code for your group.

TRANSPORTATION

Transportation is not provided. Campers are responsible for getting to and from camp on their own. There is no supervision before or after camp hours so please make arrangements to pick up your child on time.
