Life of a Vogelsinger Master Coach outside of the Academy
At the moment I am working for the Federation and for the Coaches Association. During this time of year several American and Canadian teams are travelling to Italy to enjoy our culture and to play soccer. Often they ask to the Federations or to the Coaches Association to have some training in Florence, Coverciano which is the Federal Center where also the National Teams practice and prepare the game. Last Friday and Saturday, and one more day in March, the Coaches Association asked me to lead some sessions for these teams and, of course, I did it. In March I had an American High School from Boston and last Friday and Saturday I had a team from Alberta, Canada.
It was nice because you know me and you know that for me, after the Family, soccer is the most important thing in Life. I enjoyed the sessions quite a lot and now I am waiting for one more group around the 20th of April. From the 2nd of May I will start working for the Federation because I have to follow a Coaches Course UEFA B where I will work as Secretary of the Course so, as you can see; I am always on the soccer field which is my second home.
The Coach's Course will finish the 11 of June and I will leave to the US on the 17th. So these are my days and during my days on the field, around a month ago I met the National Coach Cesare Prandelli and I am going to send you the picture we took together. I am really looking forward start working with the kids at the camp again.
Life is beautiful.
