California and Florida Winter Nike Beach Volleyball Camps

Beach volleyball campers can experience scrimmages with a partner during camp.

San Rafael, CA - US Sports Camps, Inc. is pleased to announce the Nike Winter Beach Volleyball Camps taking place this December in the sunny states of California and Florida.

Volleyball coach and personal trainer, Stephen McCarthy is hosting the first beach volleyball camp in Palm Beach, Florida at the Riviera Beach Volleyball Courts December 16-18, 2016. He will run the second winter beach volleyball camp in Santa Monica, California at the Annenberg Community Beach December 26-28, 2016.

Coach McCarthy is very passionate about coaching and sharing his knowledge with others. He always looks forward to an opportunity to work with young players who want to improve their volleyball skills and this December is no exception. Stephen’s curriculum focuses on technique, speed, and communication on and off the court. Instruction time will also be dedicated to nutrition and mental toughness. Small group sizes provide for personal attention over the course of the three days.

About Stephen McCarthy

Stephen is a USA Volleyball certified official, a USAV Beach IMPACT and BCAP I certified volleyball coach, a member of ACVA and JVA, a coach for USA Volleyball High Performance Beach Program, and a certified personal trainer. He has worked with high school and college athletes for the last 15 years. The winter camps are part of his Project U program focusing on each individual’s personal athletic goals.
