Nike Volleyball Camps announce New Camp Director for Charleston Southern University
Players will train under Charleston Southern players and coaches.
Nike Volleyball Camps, a division of US Sports Camps, the largest provider of sports camps in the world, is ecstatic to announce a new volleyball camp at Charleston Southern University in South Carolina, with a new camp director and head coach, Carry Brown.
Charleston Southern, a Division 1 collegiate volleyball program, is bringing in Coach Brown as their 9th head coach in history. Brown was formerly the head coach at Florida College for five seasons and most recently won the 2022 Continental Athletic Conference Tournament, earning a bid to the NAIA Invitational Tourney. Coach Brown was also named the 2022 CAC Coach of the Year.
Before she was a coach, Brown played at Florida College for four seasons. She was a co-captain for 3 seasons and was named the team’s MVP in 2004. Brown, along with her staff, will be sharing their knowledge of competitive volleyball and training techniques with players attending the camp.
